Summary:
This standard specifies the categories, technical requirements and test methods of coal for atmospheric pressure fixed bed coal gasifiers. This standard is applicable to coal for atmospheric pressure fixed bed coal gasifiers and can also be used as a basis for the formulation of industrial coal standards for mining areas, coal resource use evaluation, coal development and utilization planning, and the design of atmospheric pressure fixed bed coal gas stations. This standard does not apply to coal for water gas generators in the production of synthetic ammonia. This standard replaces 93-Common Method for Standardizing Coal Gas Emission Furnaces, and the original standard is mainly modified as follows:
1 The name of the standard is changed to "Technical Specifications for Coal Gas Emission Furnaces"; 2 According to (11.1-13 Standard Catalytic Converters Part 1, this standard is based on the first part of the standard and (B/433-1! General Provisions for Coal Analysis and Test Methods in Beijing" revised version. The format symbols and units are written; the coal category and particle classification coal limit rate, box calculation rate, smelting temperature, full flow, glue layer cover and other technical requirements in the original standard have been appropriately adjusted and modified. The reason for the standard is that the National Coal Industry Quality Report Mountain, this standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Coal Standardization Technical Committee, and the drafting unit of this standard is: Beijing Refining Chemistry Research Institute of China Coal Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are: Xu Zhenggang, Ju Jiu, and Yu Yaxi, and the technical standard is entrusted to the Beijing Refining Chemistry Research Institute of China Coal Research Institute.
