This standard is a revision of JB/T7991.2-1995 "Electroplated diamond inner cutting saw blades". This standard has made corresponding supplements to the contents of JB/T7991.2-1995, adding size specifications and abrasive types. The name of this standard has been changed to "Electroplated superabrasive products inner cutting saw blades". This standard replaces JB/T7991.2-1995 from the date of implementation. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Grinding Tools. The drafting unit of this standard: Suzhou Grinding Wheel Factory. The participating drafting unit of this standard: Sixth Grinding Wheel Factory. The main drafters of this standard: Chen Baoheng, Mo Yunshui, Xue Mingzhang. This standard was first issued as GB806687 in June 1987, and the standard number was adjusted to JB/T7991.2-1995 in April 1996. This is the first revision.

3.1 Shape

4 Dimensions
The dimensions of the internal circular cutting saw blade shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 and Appendix A. Approved by China Machinery Industry Federation on March 29, 2001, implemented on July 1, 2001

5.1.1 The superhard abrasive used in the product shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6405, GB/T6406, GB/T6408 and JB/T7989. 5.1.2 The base material shall be selected from materials with comprehensive performance not lower than 1Cr18Ni9Ti. 5.2 Appearance requirements
5.2.1 The abrasive particles of the coating should be evenly distributed and firmly bonded. There should be no nodules higher than the abrasive particles on the coating. 5.2.2
The coating should not be higher than the abrasive particles.
The coating is not allowed to peel or delaminate.
The inner circular cutting saw blade must be flat and free of creases and rust spots. 5.2.5
6 Test method
6.1 General requirements Inspection

When the product is delivered for inspection, its construction documents should be consistent with the product and its logo, and visual inspection should be carried out according to general requirements. 6.2 Appearance inspection
Use a reading microscope with a magnification of 20 times to check the following items. 6.2.1 Abrasive distribution uniformity
When the space between the abrasive particles is less than the position that the five abrasive particles should occupy, it is considered uniform. 6.2.2 Abrasive bonding strength
Use a thin steel sheet with a hardness of ≥54HRC to scrape the working surface of the product back and forth for five times. If there is no pit, it is considered to be firmly bonded. 6.2.3 Nodules and coatings
Those with nodules and coating thickness lower than the abrasive particles are qualified. 6.2.4 Peeling or delamination
Put the cutting saw blade flat and scrape the abrasive coating with a small putty knife. If there is no peeling or delamination, it is qualified. 6.2.5 Check creases and rust spots visually.
6.3 Dimension inspection
6.3.1 Measure the ring width with a vernier caliper with a graduation value of 0.02mm. 6.3.2 Check the thickness with a special measuring instrument.
7 Inspection rules
7.1 Products must be inspected according to the technical requirements of this standard before leaving the factory. Only qualified products can leave the factory, and a certificate of conformity is attached. 7.2 100% inspection of appearance.
7.3 Other items shall be sampled and inspected in accordance with GB/T2828. 7.3.1 Sampling inspection shall adopt special inspection level S-1. 7.3.2 Sampling inspection shall adopt GB/T2828-1987 Table 3-Normal Inspection Sampling Plan. 7.3.3 Product qualified quality level (AQL) is 2.5. 8 Marking and packaging
8.1 Marking
