2.2 The mechanical properties of die-cast magnesium alloys are the cast properties measured by single-cast tensile test specimens under specified process parameters. The shape and size of the test specimen shall comply with the provisions of JB3072-82 "Non-ferrous die-casting alloy test specimens". 3 Inspection methods
3.1 Chemical composition
3.1.1 Chemical composition analysis method According to the provisions of YB87-76 "Magnesium Chemical Analysis Method", its chemical composition should comply with the table. 3.1.2 Inspection frequency of chemical composition, one group of samples per furnace. 3.1.3 If the chemical composition fails the first inspection, resampling is allowed. If it still fails, the alloy of this furnace is unqualified. 3.2 Mechanical properties
3.2.1 Tensile test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228-76 "Metal Tensile Test Method", and its mechanical properties should comply with the table. 3.2.2 Brinell hardness determination According to the provisions of GB231-63 "Metal Brinell Hardness Test Method", its performance should comply with the table. 3.2.3 Determine the Brinell hardness at the clamping position of the B-type sample specified in JB3072-82 "Non-ferrous die-casting alloy sample". 3.2.4 There are three specimens in each group. If two of the three specimens fail to meet the mechanical performance requirements, the test result is considered unqualified. However, it is allowed to use doubled specimens for a second test. If two of the second tests fail but the total average value is qualified, the test result is considered qualified. If there are more than two unqualified specimens, the test result is considered unqualified.
