Straight, cracked, burred, slightly vibration marks are allowed, no double seams, burrs and obvious requirements are allowed
No imitation, longitudinal effect and material fineness marks are allowed. The point and line flow tolerance of the alloy steel rod shall not be greater than 1:3.5 National tolerance| |tt||The tolerance of the light-sensitive alloy rod shall not be greater than 1/2 of the straightness tolerance. 4 Test method
4.1 The chemical composition of the alloy rod shall be analyzed according to the provisions of 63/T3835. Oxidation degree is allowed.

Black or visual color, slight oxidation will occur around the luster, and chemical treatment is not allowed. 4.2 The diameter, straightness deviation and length deviation of the alloy rod shall be measured with T-level micrometer and ruler. 4.3 The surface quality of the alloy rod shall be inspected and tested with a 1x magnifying glass when necessary. 4. The white line of the alloy rod shall be inspected by the net string method. 5.3.2 Inspection batch

The products of the same brand and specification in the total production batch are one inspection batch. 5.3.3 Shaft samples and qualified state determination
5.3.3.1 A correction inspection is! w Inspection and adjustment: After inspection, the number of samples that are not qualified and tested shall be determined
5.3.3.2 The group inspection shall be carried out by randomly selecting a sample from each inspection batch or each product. If it does not meet the requirements, another sample from the batch shall be inspected. If it still does not meet the requirements, the batch shall be deemed as unqualified. 5.4 The inspector shall conduct inspections according to this standard within three months from the receipt of the product. If the inspection results do not meet the requirements of the brand type shown on the product certificate, the product is still unqualified after inspection and measurement. 6 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
6.1 Bundle the products with the specified size and specifications into a bundle and pack them into a wooden box with paper. The box shall be marked with the "standard mark" of B/T151.
