This standard combines the technical specifications of GB599—50 Marine external screwed drow-off cocks and GB1170399 Marine bronze external screwed drow-off cocks. According to the pressure level, the size of the end screw plug is specified. The screw plug with a nominal pressure of less than 1.6MPa can be CH, and the screw plug with a nominal pressure of more than 1.6MPa can be C-56. The screw plug specified in GB599.80 is defined as type A of this standard, and the screw plug specified in GB103-B is defined as type B of this standard. 3.5.1 The technical requirements for valve plugs shall comply with GB60C. 3.5.2 The main materials for the threaded joints are as follows: the main material is copper, with the grade of 7QSa5-5-5!, standard number CB883-83, 3.5.3 The screw joint dimensions of the screw joints shall comply with the following regulations; the screw joints with PN≤1.6MPa shall comply with CB*321. The test results shall be reported in accordance with the test results. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Sampling 5.1.1 The threaded joints of mass production can be inspected at the production site or in the product warehouse according to 3% of each batch of products, but not less than 3 groups. 5.1.2 The sampled products shall be stamped with appropriate marks to indicate their identity. 5.1.3 The overall test items for the sampled products shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. 5.1.4 If the physical properties and chemical composition do not meet the requirements, the whole batch of products, the main body of the test and the commercial pressure test do not meet the requirements, the sampled products shall be retested; if there are any unqualified products, the whole batch shall be tested group by group. Products that fail the density test shall be retested after being repaired. 5.2 The factory inspection items and requirements of the cast iron are shown in Table 4.
