Summary:
This standard specifies the required sanitary protection distance between plastic factories and residential areas. This standard applies to new plastic factories and their expansion and reconstruction projects in plain and hilly areas. Existing plastic factories can refer to it for implementation. The sanitary protection distance of plastic factories located in complex terrain conditions should be determined by the competent department of the construction unit and the health and environmental protection authorities of the autonomous region where the construction project is located based on the atmospheric environment quality evaluation report. Some standard content:
GB18072—2000
All technical contents of this standard are mandatory. The standard for sanitary protection distance of industrial enterprises is a comprehensive standard involving construction planning, general layout of industrial construction, environmental sanitation and sanitary engineering. Its purpose is to ensure that the pollutants generated by key national industrial enterprises after production will not affect the health of people in residential areas. This standard aims at the characteristics of various harmful factors, finds out the characteristics of occurrence, diffusion, dilution, attenuation and degradation of harmful factors, and then determines the allowable emission intensity of industrial enterprises according to the best practical technical principle, that is, according to the treatment measures and maintenance management measures that can be achieved by my country's frontier economy, and finally selects the appropriate atmospheric diffusion model and corresponding parameters to determine the required sanitary protection distance. This standard will be implemented from January 1, 2001. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Yichang Health and Epidemic Prevention Station, Hubei Province, and Institute of Environmental Sanitation and Sanitary Engineering, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine.
The main drafters of this standard are: Cao Yuxin and Shao Qiang. This standard is entrusted by the Ministry of Health to the Institute of Environmental Sanitation Monitoring, Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine for interpretation. 236
