This standard specifies the basic requirements, geometric accuracy, tolerance and inspection methods for the precision inspection of closed high-speed precision presses. This standard applies to closed high-speed precision presses with a ball force not exceeding 2500kN (hereinafter referred to as presses). 2 Referenced standards

3 Basic requirements

General rules for precision inspection of forging and pressing machines
3.1 The upper plane of the workbench is the reference surface for precision inspection of the forging machine. If the pressure machine is not equipped with a workbench, the workbench surface is used as the basic surface for precision inspection.
3.2 Before the precision inspection, the forging machine should be adjusted to a level, and the vertical and horizontal readings of the inspection level should not exceed 0.10/100)mm. 3.3 When the outer size of the inspected plane is L1000m, it is not inspected within the range of 6.11. When the outer size is ocenter mm, it is not inspected within the range of 3.4 The accuracy test does not represent the actual test order. 3.5 The tolerance value of the test items is calculated by the actual test length and the formula specified in this standard. The calculation result is in accordance with GBB170, revised micron number. 3. For the adjustable stroke Baoli machine, the geometric accuracy is tested according to the maximum stroke.
