This standard specifies the product varieties, technical requirements and inspection rules of natural styrene-butadiene rubber insulated cables (wires) for railway vehicles. This standard applies to natural styrene butadiene insulated railway locomotive and rolling stock cables (wires) with AC rated voltage of 1.5kV and below. In addition to meeting the requirements specified in this standard, cables (wires) shall also meet the requirements of GB12528.1. 2 Usage characteristics
2.1 Rated voltage is 750V and 1.5kV.
2.2 The long-term allowable operating temperature of the cable should not exceed 70℃: 2.3 The cable can be used in places contaminated by mineral oil but not fuel oil. 2.4 The allowable bending radius during cable laying: The cable outer diameter (D) of 20mm and below should not be less than 3D; the cable outer diameter (D) of more than 20mm should not be less than 5D. 3 Model
The model of copper core natural styrene butadiene rubber insulated fluorobutyl rubber sheathed railway locomotive and rolling stock cable (wire) is DCXF/2. 4 Specifications
The specifications of the cable are shown in Table 1.
