This standard specifies the basic requirements such as the technical conditions, inspection method, marking and packaging of the thread tools, round dies and other accessories. This standard is applicable to thread tools for assembly. Metric thread M3-M24, unified thread Nu.4-ND.12 and 14-160* taper thread NPT1/8 and NPT3/4
Technical requirements
2.1 The same parts of the same type shall be treated with the same surface, and there shall be no significant difference in the surface of the tool. 2.2 Taps || tt || 2.2. The screw thread of the single taper shall be made of GCr!5, T12A or other grades of tool steel with the same performance as the dog. It can also be made of high-speed tool steel.

Inspect the appearance of each single piece in the complete set of samples. 3.2.1 Fishing
Inspect the accuracy of the single piece sample (except accessories). 3.2.3 Hardness

Hardness of two single samples (excluding accessories) in the inspection letter. 3.3 Judgment
3.3.1 The test items meet the relevant standards, contracts or product drawings, and the batch of products is qualified. 3.3.1 If one or more items are found to be unqualified, two samples of unqualified items shall be added for inspection. If the requirements are met, the batch of products can be judged to be qualified, and if they are not met, the batch of products can be judged to be unqualified.
4 Marking and packaging

4.2 Packaging
4.2.1 The complete set of products should have a dedicated complete set packaging box, and the packaging box should have a substrate. 4.2.2 The complete set of threaded tools should be treated with rust prevention before packaging. When placed in the tray, the logo should face upwards. The packaging should be tight and can prevent damage during transportation.
4.2.3 The threaded tools in the package should not have any missing parts or misplaced parts.
