3.1 The order of precision inspection items listed in this standard does not represent the actual inspection order. For the convenience of assembly and disassembly of inspection tools and inspection, inspections can be carried out in any order.
3.2 When using this standard, it must be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of JB2670. Especially the installation before the child is illuminated, the temperature rise of the spindle and other moving parts during idling, the inspection method and the accuracy of the inspection tool. 3.3 Refer to 3.1 in JB2670-82 to adjust the installation level of the machine tool, place a level ruler on the workbench, and place a spirit level on it. The readings of the spirit level in the X and Y directions shall not exceed 0.1/1000. 3.4 When the actual measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance shall be converted according to the measurable length in accordance with the provisions of 2.3.1.1 in JB2670-82. When the conversion result is less than 0.005mm, it shall still be calculated as 0.005mm. 3.5 For machine tools with multiple spindles, items related to the spindle should be inspected on each spindle. 3.6 The coordinates and movement direction of the machine tool shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB3051. 3.7 Inspection items may be increased or decreased based on the agreement between the user and the manufacturer.
