Chemical composition and permissible variations of chemical composition for wrought product analysis
Titanium and titanium alloys-permissible variations of chemical composition for wrought product analysis
Subject content and scope of application
GB/T 3620.2--94
Replaces GB362083
This standard specifies the permissible variations of chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy pressure-processed products (plates, strips, foils, tubes, bars, wires, forgings and profiles). This standard is applicable to the retest analysis of the chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy pressure-processed products. This standard is not applicable to the analysis of products shipped from the manufacturer. This standard is not applicable to the retest analysis of impurity elements (such as hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen) whose content has changed due to reprocessing by the purchaser. 2 Reference standards
G13222 Sampling method for chemical analysis of steel and allowable deviation of chemical composition of finished products GB4698 Chemical analysis method of titanium and titanium alloys 3 Terminology
3.1 Check analysis
Chemical composition analysis of samples taken by the purchaser on processed products. 3.2 Permissible variation of chemical composition The allowable difference between the measured value of the chemical composition check analysis and the limit value specified in the standard. 4 Requirements
4.1 Sampling summary
4.1.1 The products sampled by Ding should be free of oxides and contamination layers, and there should be no water, oil, scales, dirt and other foreign matter on the surface. 4.1.2 The sampling tools should be cleaned in advance. 4.1.3 When cutting, grease and other friction reducers shall not be used. The cutting speed shall be appropriate to prevent oxidation of the sample due to heat, and water shall not be injected for cooling.
4.1.4 All samples taken shall be magnetically separated and cleaned. Samples that need to be stored for a long time must be stored in nitrogen. 4.2 Sampling Location
The specific sampling location for retest analysis shall comply with the provisions of the product standard, and may be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB222 or agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
4.3 Chemical Composition Arbitration Analysis Method
The arbitration analysis of the chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloys shall be carried out in accordance with GB4698. The analysis method for elements not included in GB4698 shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
4.4 Permissible Deviation of Chemical Composition of Processed Products
GB/T3620.2--94
4.4.1 The permissible deviation of the chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy processed products shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 unless otherwise specified in the product standard or order form.
4.4.2 The value obtained from the re-analysis shall not exceed the upper limit of the specified chemical composition range plus the positive deviation, or the lower limit plus the negative deviation. The same element is only allowed to have a one-way deviation, and positive and negative deviations cannot appear at the same time. 4.4.3 For elements not listed in Table 1, the allowable deviation of the composition shall be agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer.
