3 Product Classification
The types of welder hammers are shown in Figures 1, 2 and 3. Figure 1 Type A welding hammer

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Heat treatment requirements
The heat treatment requirements of the hammer body of the welding hammer shall comply with the following provisions. 4.1.1 The heat treatment hardness of both ends of the hammer body is HRC50~~58. 4.1.2 The heat treatment length of the tip of the hammer body shall not be less than 8mm. 4.2 Connection strength

The hammer body of the welding hammer should be firmly connected to the hammer handle, and should not be loose or pulled off when subjected to a tensile force of 2000N. 4.3 Other requirements
Other technical requirements for welding hammers shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T13473. 5 Test methods
The test methods for welding hammers shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5 of GB/T13473. 6 Inspection rules
The inspection rules for welding chains shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 6 of GB/T13473 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
The marking, packaging, transportation and storage of welding hammers shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5305. Additional remarks:
