4 Test steps and result calculation
4.1 Determination of solid content
4.1.1 After the sample is mixed, weigh 1~2g (accurate to 0.0001g) and place it on a porcelain or glass surface that has been dried to a constant weight. 4.1.2 Place the sample in a drying oven at 105~110℃ and dry it for the time specified in the table below. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on April 18, 1994 and implemented on December 1, 1994

4.1.3 After drying, the sample is placed in a desiccator and weighed after cooling to room temperature (accurate to 0.0001g). 4.1.4 The solid content X (%) of the graphite emulsion of the picture tube is calculated according to formula (1), retaining one decimal place: X,
Where: M—mass of the sample before drying, g; M, mass of the sample after drying, g.
Drying time
Dry to constant weight
4.1.5 Take the arithmetic mean of the test results of two parallel samples as the test result. The difference between the two test values shall not exceed 0.2% when the solid content is less than or equal to 15%, and shall not exceed 0.4% when the solid content is greater than 15%. Otherwise, the third sample shall be tested and the test result shall be calculated based on the two test values that do not exceed the difference.
4.2 Determination of volatile matter
4.2.1 Determination of volatile matter of graphite emulsion coated on the cone of color picture tube, graphite emulsion on the neck of tube, and graphite emulsion on pins 4.2.1.1 After mixing the sample, weigh about 30g of the sample, place it in a polytetrafluoroethylene evaporating dish, put it in a drying oven at 105-110℃, and dry it for 24h.
4.2.1.2 Grind the dried sample until it passes through a 0.5 mm sieve, place it in the original evaporating blood, place it in a drying oven at 150°C, dry it for 2 hours, then move it into a desiccator and cool it to room temperature. 4.2.1.3 Weigh about 0.5 g of the dried sample (accurate to 0.0001 g), place it in a porcelain crucible that has been burned at 950°C and has a constant weight, place it in an electric furnace at 250°C and bake it for 20 minutes, then heat it to 400°C and bake it for 40 minutes, take it out and place it in a desiccator, cool it to room temperature and weigh it (accurate to 0.0001 g). 4.2.2 Determination of volatile matter in conductive graphite emulsion in black-and-white picture tubes Place the dried sample after the solid matter is determined in 4.1.3 into an electric furnace at 420°C and bake it for 45 minutes, take it out and place it in a desiccator, cool it to room temperature and weigh it (accurate to 0.0001 g). 4.2.3 The volatile content X (%) of the kinescope graphite emulsion is calculated according to formula (2), retaining one decimal place: M, -M2
Where: M, - mass of the dry sample before firing, g, M2 - mass of the sample after firing, g.
4.2.4 Take the arithmetic mean of the test results of two parallel samples as the test result. The difference between the two measured values shall not exceed 0.5%, otherwise the third sample shall be measured and the test result shall be calculated based on the two measured values that do not exceed the difference. 4.3 Ash determination
GB/T 15064.1-94
Weigh 0.5g (accurate to 0.0001g) of the dry sample prepared in 4.2.1.2, place it in a porcelain that has been fired at 950℃ and has a constant weight, put it in a high-temperature electric furnace at 950℃, fire it for 3h, take it out and put it in a desiccator, cool it to room temperature and weigh it (accurate to 0.0001g). 4.3.2 The ash content X (%) of the kinescope graphite milk is calculated according to formula (3), and one decimal place is retained: M3
Where: M, - mass of the dry sample before ignition, g; M, mass of the residue after ignition, g.
4.3.3 Take the arithmetic mean of the results of two parallel samples as the test result. The difference between the two measured values shall not exceed 0.5%. Otherwise, the third sample shall be measured and the test result shall be calculated based on the two measured values that do not exceed the tolerance. 4.4 pH value determination
4.4.1 After mixing the sample according to the provisions of Chapter 3, measure about 50mL of the sample and place it in a 100mL beaker. 4.4.2 Determine the pH value of the sample according to the method of using the acidometer, record the measurement results, and take the average of the two parallel measurement results as the measurement result. Retain one decimal place.
