Summary:
This standard provides general methods and procedures for the reliability engineering of nuclear power plant safety systems for the designers and operators of nuclear power plant safety systems and relevant management departments. This standard is applicable to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the reliability of nuclear power plant safety systems, and is also applicable to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the reliability of nuclear power plant systems related to safety. The qualitative and quantitative analysis principles of this standard are applicable to the analysis of the impact of component failures on system reliability.
