During the revision, the original standard was edited and revised, and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard replaces ZBJ01028-88 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry Seventh Institute, Ministry of Machinery Industry Energy Center. The main drafters of this standard are Lang Pei, Yang Xiufang, and Li Jianzhong. This standard was first issued in 19SS.

The basic power consumption of vacuum flow process heating is kw·b; if steam is used for heating, the power unit is expressed as (2);
or in: form - the power consumption of vacuum wet liquid process heating of a certain product during the statistical period, kW·h0.1s-the calculation coefficient is the ratio of the equivalent calorific value of steam to the equivalent calorific value of electricity, kw·h/kg - the steam consumption of vacuum wet liquid process heating of a certain product during the statistical period, kg4 Energy consumption hydrogen measurement
During the statistical period, the energy consumption must be based on the measurement and there must be complete records of the original weight. The power is measured by the sensitivity meter; steam is also based on the flow plate.
