Atrazine, also known as dezin, is one of the chemical herbicides used in large quantities at home and abroad. There are many toxicity experiments and residue determination data. Many countries have formulated maximum residue limits (MRL) standards in food, but there is no international standard. This standard is proposed based on relevant domestic and foreign literature and the results of toxicity experiments and residue analysis conducted by the School of Public Health of West China University of Medical Sciences, and with reference to foreign standards.
This standard is proposed by the Health Supervision Department of the Ministry of Health. This standard is drafted by the School of Public Health of West China University of Medical Sciences. The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Lishi, Wang Ruishu, Wu Yuanqian, and Wu Zihua. This standard is interpreted by the Ministry of Health’s Food Hygiene Supervision and Inspection Institute, the technical unit entrusted by the Ministry of Health. 630
