This standard is mainly based on the American Society for Testing and Materials standard AM1765-1, which is used for the classification of the standard and is revised by the national standard (/T11853.7-1%31) for the conditions of film pelletization. 3 Technical requirements

4 Test method

Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection
5.1 Factory inspection
Various inspections must be carried out when the product is shipped. The inspection items and the key items specified in B38 are as follows:
5.2 Type inspection
Comprehensive inspection of product quality. If any of the following situations occurs, the single type inspection shall be carried out: a) New products shall be tested and confirmed during production. b) After regular production, if there are major changes in raw materials and processes, which may affect product performance, regular products shall be inspected monthly to assess product quality. When the production site resumes production after a long period of time, if the results are significantly different from the last inspection results, the national quality supervision agency shall conduct a quality evaluation in accordance with the requirements of the type control inspection. 5.3 The numerical value shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GE/T R170. 6 Judgment rules
6.1 Factory inspection
If any item fails to meet the established technical indicators of the product, the product shall be classified as a non-conforming product. 6.2 Type inspection
If any item fails to meet the technical indicators specified in the diagnosis product, the product shall be classified as a non-conforming product. The packaging, shipping, sampling and acceptance
shall be carried out according to the schedule of 3778.
