3 Technical requirements
3.1 Limestone for soda ash shall meet the requirements of Table 1: 1
Calcium carbonate (CaCO) content, %
Magnesium carbonate (MgCO) content, %
Trioxide (R,O,) + hydrochloric acid insoluble matter. % Note: Ore particle size is determined by agreement between the supply and demand parties. 3.2 Limestone for calcium carbide shall meet the requirements of Table 2:>

4.1 Sample collection and preparation: in accordance with GB/T15057.1. 4.2 Determination of calcium carbonate and calcium oxide content: in accordance with GB/T15057.2, Part I. First-class products
4.3 Determination of magnesium carbonate and magnesium oxide content: in accordance with GB/T15057.2, Part II is arbitration method. 4.4 Determination of trioxide content: in accordance with GB/T15057.4. 4.5 Determination of hydrochloric acid insoluble content: in accordance with GB/T15057.3. 4.6 Determination of sulfur content: in accordance with GB/T15057.8. 4.7 Determination of phosphorus content: in accordance with GB/T15057.9. 5 Inspection Rules
Qualified Products
5.1 Limestone products shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the production unit. The production unit shall ensure that the product indicators meet the requirements of this standard.
5.2 Limestone products of the same quality sent to the same user are grouped as one batch, and a quality certificate of a certain format is attached. The maximum quantity of each batch shall not exceed 3000t. The content of the certificate shall include: name of the production unit, product name, product grade, quality indicators, batch weight, batch number, vehicle number, shipping date and this standard number. 5.3 The user unit has the right to re-inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If there is any objection, it should be raised within 10 days after arrival, and the two parties can negotiate to resolve it. If arbitration is required, it shall be carried out in accordance with the "Interim Measures for National Product Quality Arbitration Inspection". 5.4 When determining whether the inspection data conforms to this technical indicator, this standard adopts the rounded value comparison method. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
6.1 Limestone products are transported by train, car, ship or other means of transportation. 6.2 During the storage and transportation of limestone products for calcium carbide, pollution of harmful substances such as phosphorus should be prevented. 2
