Measure the weight difference between the blades with the weighing method. Determination of the hardness of wearing parts
Randomly select three evenly distributed points on the tested surface of the wearing parts and polish them so that the surface roughness R reaches 2um and the polished area is larger than the punch area of the hardness tester. Then fix the wearing parts on a carrier with a certain rigidity and use a hardness tester with an average accuracy of ±1HRC to measure the hardness. The average value of the three-point hardness is the hardness of the wearing parts. 2
JB/T3713.2-1997
For the determination of the hardness difference of blades, shot wheels, directional sleeves and guard plates, three points should be randomly selected on their respective surfaces for determination. Finally, the difference between the maximum and minimum values and the average hardness of the three points should be determined according to the measurement results. 4.7 Determination of bearing temperature rise
After 2 hours of idling, immediately measure the maximum temperature of the bearing housing with a point thermometer, and then add a correction value of 3°C, which is the maximum temperature of the bearing. The difference between the maximum temperature of the bearing and the ambient temperature is the temperature rise of the bearing. 4.8 Under idling conditions, the noise is determined according to the provisions of JB/T6331.2. 4.9 Determination of the projection zone area
Apply black ink or lay a thick paper on a suitable plate or steel strip and place it at the same process parameters as the workpiece being thrown (such as the distance and angle from the ejection port of the shot blaster). Start the shot blasting machine for a few seconds, turn off the shot blasting machine, remove the wooden board to check the shape and area of the shot blasting zone, and compare it with the required shot blasting area. Five adjustments of the shot blasting machine are allowed during this period. 4.10 Determination of shot blasting rate
Start the shot blasting machine, first adjust the shot supply gate so that the shot flow rate reaches the maximum shot supply within the allowable range of the shot blasting machine motor power, the shot inlet pipe should not overflow the shot, and there should still be no shot overflow after 1 minute, then close the shot supply gate and stop the shot supply. Weigh the shot according to the rated shot blasting amount of the shot blasting machine within 1 minute, load it into the shot supply funnel, open the shot supply gate and the stopwatch at the same time, and measure the time required for all the shot in the funnel to flow out. According to the amount of shot loaded and the measured time, convert it into the shot blasting amount per minute. Use the same method to measure three times, and take the arithmetic mean value as the shot blasting amount of the shot blasting machine (in kg/min). While measuring the shot blasting amount, measure the power of the motor corresponding to the measured shot blasting amount, and take the arithmetic mean value as the load power of the motor (in kW)
The ratio of the shot blasting amount to the load power of the motor is the shot blasting rate [in kg/(min·kW)]. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each shot blasting machine shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory with a product quality certificate. The factory inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 3.2~3.7, 3.10~3.15, 3.17, 3.18, 3.27, 3.28, and 3.29, and all the items shall be qualified.
