GB/T5009.68-2003
This standard replaces GB/T5009.68-1996 "Method for analysis of hygienic standard ofperchorovinyl-coating for inner wall offood container". Compared with GB/T5009.68--1996, this standard has been modified as follows: The structure of the original standard has been modified according to GB/T20001.4-2001 "Standard Preparation Rules Part 4: Chemical Analysis Methods".
This standard is proposed and managed by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China. This standard is drafted by Shanghai Municipal Health and Epidemic Prevention Station and Shanghai Paint Factory. This standard was first issued in 1985 and revised for the first time in 1996. This is the second revision. 514
1 Scope

3.2 The coating film does not soften, crack or bubble after immersion. 3.3 The soaking liquid is a colorless, odorless, transparent liquid. It should comply with the provisions of GB7105.
4 Sample preparation method
Use a (5.0X×5.0) cm steel plate (thickness 0.5mm~1mm) or flat glass (thickness about 2mm) as the substrate, and coat it into a double-sided sample according to the actual construction process. After natural drying for 10 days, it is used for soaking test (single-sided or double-sided coating, calculate its area). 5 Soaking conditions
5.1 Sample 1cm is calculated as 2ml soaking liquid.
5.2 Steaming filling water: 60℃2h.
5.3 Acetic acid (4%): 60℃, 2h.
5.4 Ethanol 65%): 60℃, 2h.

After reacting for 1 hour, remove the test tube, add chloroform to make up to 5mL, and then transfer it to a 1cm colorimetric cup, adjust the zero point with a zero tube, measure the absorbance at a wavelength of 540nm, and draw a standard curve for comparison. 9.3 Result calculation
