3 Points and amounts
3-1 The anti-rust validity period of a complete rust-proof paint system is divided into: First-level anti-rust validity period is 30 months
Second-level anti-rust validity period is 18 months
Blue-level anti-rust validity period is 12 months
3.2 A complete ship bottom anti-rust paint system should consist of an anti-rust primer, an intermediate layer of paint or a workshop bottom joint. Unless otherwise specified, the anti-rust paint performance and test methods specified in this standard are applicable to the ship bottom anti-rust paint matching system. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.3.1 The ship bottom anti-rust paint matching system must be able to be applied and dried (or cured) under normal natural environmental conditions. 4.1.2 The drying time of each paint layer of the ship bottom anti-rust paint matching system shall be in accordance with the product standards. 4.1.3 The film thickness of each layer of the ship bottom anti-rust paint system must meet the technical requirements of the application specification. 4.1.4 The ship bottom anti-rust paint must be able to be used in conjunction with the corresponding workshop primer and the corresponding anti-fouling paint, and the resulting paint film should achieve the specified anti-rust ability.
4.1.5 The complete ship bottom anti-rust paint matching system should be compatible with the cathodic protection used on the ship. The appropriate potential value range for the cathodic protection potential of the ship bottom paint film is -0.8 to -1.2V (relative to the cathode/silver oxide ratio electrode). Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on January 14, 1992 and implemented on December 1, 1992

6.1 All technical indicators listed in this standard are type inspection items, among which drying time and adhesion are listed as factory inspection items.
6.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and it shall be ensured that all products leaving the factory meet the technical requirements of this standard. The product shall have a certificate of conformity, and if necessary, an instruction manual and precautions shall be attached. 6.3 The product shall be sampled in accordance with the provisions of GB3186, and the sample shall be divided into two parts, one of which shall be sealed and stored for future reference, and the other shall be used as a sample for inspection. 6.4 The receiving department has the right to inspect the product according to the provisions of this standard. If the quality does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly conduct re-inspection according to the GB3186 sample. If it still does not meet the technical requirements of this standard, the product is unqualified and the receiving department has the right to avoid the goods.
6.5 The supply and demand parties shall check and verify the product packaging, quantity and marking. If the packaging is damaged or leaking, the quantity is inconsistent, and the marking does not meet the requirements, the relevant departments shall be notified in time for processing. 6.6 If the supply and demand parties have a dispute over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall perform arbitration inspection. 7 Marking
Carry out according to the provisions of GB9750.
8 Packaging, storage and transportation
8.1 The product should be stored in a clean, dry and sealed container, and the amount of makeup should not exceed 95% of the volume. When storing the product, it should be kept ventilated and dry, prevent direct exposure to the sun, and should be isolated from fire and heat sources. In summer, when the overflow is too high, it should be cooled down. 8.2 The product should be protected from rain and sunlight during transportation, and should comply with relevant regulations. 8.3 The product has an effective storage period of one year from the date of production under the storage and transportation conditions in accordance with 8.1.8.2. After the storage period, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this standard. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used. Additional remarks
