This standard is a revision of JB/T5308093 "Product Quality Classification of Plastic Extrusion Rotary Shoemaking Machine". During the revision, the original standard was edited and the main technical content remained unchanged. This standard replaces JB/T53080—93 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Rubber and Plastic Machinery Standardization, the Plastic Machinery Standardization Sub-Technical Committee. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Hubei Echeng General Machinery Group Corporation. The main drafters of this standard are Zhou Hanbo and Chen Donglin. 1

This standard specifies the quality grade, test method, sampling and evaluation method of plastic extrusion rotary shoemaking machine products. This standard applies to the product quality classification of plastic extrusion rotary shoemaking machine (hereinafter referred to as shoe machine) specified in JB/69291993 "Plastic extrusion rotary shoemaking machine".

Shoemaking machine products are divided into three levels according to their quality level and use value: qualified products (capable of producing flat-heeled cloth shoes), first-class products and superior products (capable of producing ordinary travel shoes).
In addition to complying with the provisions of JB/T6929, the assessment items and index requirements of each level of shoemaking machine products shall also comply with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1 Assessment index

Product test method shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6929.
