This standard specifies the method for determining the average compressive strength of granular heavy superphosphate. This standard is applicable to the determination of the average compressive strength of granular heavy superphosphate. 2 Reference Standard
HG2223 Determination of Particle Size of Granular Heavy Superphosphate 3 Summary of Method
HG2224—91
Select a certain number of heavy superphosphate fertilizer granules within a specified particle size range, and determine the minimum force required to crush each granule to obtain the average value.
4 Instruments
4.1 Particle strength tester: sensitivity 0.5N; 4.2 Tweezers.
5 Operation steps
Randomly select 30 2.0~2.8mm heavy superphosphate fertilizer granules obtained by HG2223 medium particle size determination, and measure the minimum force required to crush each granule.
6 Result expression
The average compressive strength X of the granules expressed in Newton is calculated as follows: X=bzxz.net
Where: X, the minimum force required to crush each fertilizer granule, N. The result should be expressed to one decimal place.
