1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, shape and size, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of high alumina bricks.
This standard applies to general-purpose high alumina bricks with a unit weight of no more than 18 kg. 2 Normative references

3.1 Bricks are divided into five grades according to physical and chemical indicators: IZ-80, LZ-75, LZ-65, LZ-55, and LZ-48. 3.2 The shape and size of bricks shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2992, and can also be produced according to the drawings provided by the demander. 3.3 The classification of bricks shall comply with the provisions of GB/T10324. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The physical and chemical indicators of bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. 4.2 The allowable deviation of the size and appearance of bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 4.3 The cross-sectional cracking of bricks shall comply with the numerical provisions of cracks in Table 2. Test method
The inspection and sample preparation of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T7321. 5.1
The determination of A12O: shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T6900.4-1986. 5.2
The test of apparent porosity shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2997-2000. 5.3
The test of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 5072. The test of the load softening starting temperature shall be carried out in accordance with YB/T370-1995. The test of the permanent linear change of heating shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T5988. The test of the size, appearance and cross-section of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T103266-2001.

The sampling and acceptance of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T10325-2001. The allowable deviation of the test results of the sample during retesting shall comply with the provisions of the second column of Table 3.

When sampling acceptance is adopted in Appendix A5.3 of GB/T10325-2001, the values ​​in Table 1 are the guaranteed average values ​​(μc), and their standard deviations are given in the third column of Table 6.2

7 Packaging, transportation, storage, marking and quality certification 7.1 The packaging, transportation and storage of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T165466-1996.

7.2 When bricks are shipped, they shall be accompanied by a quality certificate issued by the supplier's quality supervision department, stating: supplier name, buyer name, shipping date, product name, standard number, brand, brick number, batch number and corresponding physical and chemical indicators.
