YB 95' Chemical analysis method for industrial silicon
3 Technical requirements
3.1 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of industrial silicon shall comply with the provisions of the following table. Chemical composition, %
Grade A silicon
Grade B silicon
First-class silicon
Second-class silicon
Tri-silicon
Not less than
Impurities, not more than
Application range
Silicon for chemical use
Silicon for gold
Note: ( Silicon for metallurgy refers to industrial silicon used in metallurgy to prepare aluminum silicon and other alloys. Silicon for chemical use refers to industrial silicon used for extracting organic silicon after chemical treatment. The content of the group is determined by subtracting the sum of the specified analysis components of iron, aluminum and calcium from 100%. The impurity aluminum indicated by "two" in the table means that this item is not subject to single item restrictions, but it must be analyzed and its analysis results reported in the quality certificate. ① If there are special requirements, the impurity elements not specified in the decay can be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. If the demander has requirements for the crystallization state of chemical silicon, it can also be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties.
3.2 Grain size| |tt||Industrial silicon - general particle size is 6~200mm, but the total amount of industrial silicon with particle size less than 6mm and greater than 200mm shall not exceed 10%. If the purchaser has special requirements, products with other specifications and particle sizes can be provided after consultation between the supply and demand parties. 3.3 Appearance
The surface and cross section of the product should be clean, and no slag, soil, powdered silicon adhesion and other foreign matter not brought by the smelting process are allowed. National Technical Supervision Approved on October 5, 1991
Implementation on June 1, 1992
.4 Test methods and inspection rules
4.1 Test methods
GB 2881--91
The arbitration analysis of the chemical composition of industrial silicon shall be carried out in accordance with YB 95. 4.2 Inspection and acceptance
4.2.1 Industrial silicon shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality complies with the provisions of this standard and fill in a quality certificate. 4.2.2 The purchaser shall inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this standard. If the inspection results do not comply with the provisions of this standard, the purchaser shall submit the matter to the supplier within three months from the date of receipt of the product and the matter shall be resolved through negotiation between the supply and demand parties. If necessary, a third party shall be invited to conduct arbitration, and the arbitration result shall be the final result.
4.3 Batching
Industrial silicon shall be submitted for inspection in batches, and each batch shall consist of industrial silicon of the same brand. The batch weight shall not exceed 10 4.4 Sampling and Sample Preparation
4.4.1 Sampling for analysis by the supplier and sampling for re-testing by the buyer can be done by wave sampling or solid sampling. 4.4.2 Arbitration sampling should randomly select no less than 20% of the packages, and take a small sample of no less than 0.3% of the weight from each package at a depth of 100 to 200 mm below the material surface. After crushing to a particle size of no more than 5 mm, use the quartering method to reduce the sample size to no less than 200. After mixing, divide it into two equal parts. Parts, one for analysis and one for retention. All the prepared samples should pass through a 0.175mm standard sieve and use a magnet to remove iron powder.
5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
Each package should have the following markings:
Supplier name,
Product name;
Trademark;
d, batch number;bZxz.net
"Net weight,
Rainproof mark.
5.2 Industrial silicon can be packaged in iron barrels or lead barrels, wooden boxes, or plastic woven bags. The net weight of each bag (or barrel, box) can be 1000, 500, or 100.50kg. If other forms of packaging are required, they can be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. 5.3 Products should be protected from rain or moisture during transportation and storage. 5.4 Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate, which shall indicate: a.

b. Product name;
Batch number:
Net weight and number of pieces;
Analysis and inspection results and stamp of the technical supervision department; fThis standard number,
