1 Specifications and types
1.1 This standard depth color card consists of 18 hues with a depth of 1/25. 1.2 This standard depth color chart has two forms: the original preservation copy and the issued use copy. 1.2.1 The original preservation copy is 5cm×5cm in size and is archived for copying. 1.2.2 The issued use copy is 3.5cm×5cm in size and is for user use. 2 Materials for color chart preparation
2.1 Fabric: This standard depth color chart uses SD2201 wool gabardine. 2.2 Dyes This standard depth color chart uses 13 commercial dyes [see Appendix A (Supplement) for details] 3 Quality indicators
3.1 Appearance requirements: The surface of this standard depth color chart must be uniform, without color spots, stains, fabric defects, and obvious signs of adhesive seepage, and the fabric thickness should also be uniform.
, 8.2 The original preservation copy is tested by the spectrophotometer specified in GB3979-83 "Measurement of object color". The illumination and observation parts are 0/d, the wavelength interval is 10nm, and the fabric texture on the surface of the color card is at an angle of 60 to the × axis of the measuring hole during the test. When using this standard depth color card, visually measure the dyed sample with the color card closest to the hue in this standard depth color card according to the method specified in GB 250-84 "Gray Sample Card for Assessing Color Change". When preserving this standard depth color card, pay attention to avoid heat, light, moisture and frogs. The original preservation should be kept in a special wooden box lined with photo paper and kept by the designated unit of the Ministry of Chemical Industry. B Issuance
