6.1.1 Install the indicator of the cutting machine with a value of 0.01 mm or more on the gauge stand, retract the measuring rod of the indicator so that the indicator can point to about 1 turn (or the corresponding position of the digital indicator), and the pointer should point to the upper left corner of the measuring support axis, and then tighten the indicator. Install the inner diameter indicator on the special inspection fixture (the uncertainty of the indication error within the initial length of the inspection fixture should not be greater than 2.m, and the uncertainty of the indication error within every 0.1m of length should not be greater than 1.0m), turn the measuring head on the inspection fixture, and perform a single point calibration on the inner diameter indicator to zero the indicator. Then, carefully adjust the measuring head in one direction, and perform a test every 0.1mm interval until the working end point. 6.3. Centering error
The surface of the ring is relatively smooth. The positioning bridge inner diameter indicator is used to detect the inner diameter indicator close to the lower limit of the plate. First, remove (or press) the positioning guard of the inner diameter indicator. Secondly, put the measuring head of the inner diameter indicator into the smooth ring gauge. When the convex surface of the ring gauge reaches the maximum reading (turning point), the maximum reading (turning point) is repeated 3 times at the same position of the smooth ring gauge. The average value is used to determine the position of the inner diameter indicator. Then install or loosen the positioning bridge and put it in a position inside the smooth ring gauge: when the ring gauge reaches the minimum reading (turning point), the half average value is used as the centering temperature of the inner diameter indicator. 6.4 Measuring force and connection pressure
6.4.1 The movable measuring bridge type inner diameter indicator shall be used for measuring the inner diameter of the measuring instrument. The measuring method shall be not less than .2N: First, assume that the axis of the movable measuring head is stable, then press the movable measuring head against the test plate, and read the two readings on the dynamometer respectively.
6.4.2 The positioning bridge type inner diameter indicator shall be used with a touch pressure sensor and shall not be disassembled. If it is greater than 2N, the measurement is planned for inspection. First, the positioning bridge inner diameter indicator is measured in the upper and lower limits of the inner diameter size. The upper and lower limits of the positioning bridge are measured. The cup is made when the positioning bridge is in this position; then the positioning bridge is contacted with an auxiliary instrument on the measuring table (the movable measuring head should be connected to the auxiliary table) and pressed down temporarily. When the positioning bridge is compressed to the upper and lower limits of the measurement, the readings are taken at the measuring points respectively: the weight of each reading should be the contact pressure value of the positioning bridge. 6.5 Calibration performance
The inner diameter indicator and the gauge shall be kept at the semi-high temperature in the calibration room for not less than 2h. 7 Marking and packaging
7.1 The inner diameter indicator shall be marked with:

7.2 The lower limit of the measuring range or the measuring range of the measuring range may be indicated on the label of the measuring system.
