Summary:
This standard was first issued in 1981. This standard replaces GB/T 2448-1991 from the date of implementation. This standard specifies the determination of urea particle size by sieving method. This standard applies to the determination of urea particle size synthesized from ammonia and carbon dioxide. This standard applies to the determination of sulfate content in industrial urea synthesized from ammonia and carbon dioxide. The main technical difference between this standard and GB/T 2448-1991 is that the particle size range is changed from one to four. This standard is Part 7 of GB/T 2441 "Urea Determination Method". GB/T6003.1--1997 Metal Wire Mesh Test Sieve (eqvISO3310-1:1997) 3 Method Summary
Use sieving method to separate urea into different particle sizes, weigh and calculate the mass fraction. 4 Instruments
4.1 Test sieves with apertures of 0.85mm, 1.18mm, 2.00mm, 2.80mm, 3.35mm, 4.00mm, 4.75mm and 8.00mm (R40/3 series in GB/T6003.1-1997), with sieve cover and chassis; 4.2 Balance with a sensitivity of 0.5g;
4.3 Oscillator, which can oscillate vertically and horizontally. 5 Analysis Steps
5.1 According to the material to be tested, select a set of sieves with a corresponding range according to Table 1 in GB2440-2001. 5.2 Stack the sieves in order of aperture size (large on top, small on bottom), install the bottom plate, weigh about 100g of laboratory sample (accurate to 0.5g), place the sample on the stacked sieves, cover the sieve cover, place it on the oscillator, clamp it, and swing for 3 minutes. Weigh the sample that passes through the large-aperture sieve but not through the small-aperture sieve. The particles caught in the sieve holes are counted as not passing. 6 Expression of analysis results
The sample particle size (X) is expressed as mass fraction (%) and is calculated as follows: m×100
In the formula; mt—…The mass of the sample that passes through the large-aperture sieve but not through the small-aperture sieve, g; m --The mass of the sample, g.
The obtained result is expressed to one decimal place.
Approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China on July 26, 2001 9.1
Implementation from January to January 2002
