This standard was drafted at the expense of the Standardization Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and was drafted by Shenyang Heavy Machinery Plant, Chongqing Heavy Automobile Research Institute, Dalian Modular Machine Tool Research Institute, Zhejiang Haiyi County Pipe Fittings Factory, Shanghai No. 1 Mechanical and Electrical Bureau Science and Technology Information Institute, and the 70th Institute of the Ministry of Aerospace. The main drafters of this standard are Hu Zengsheng, Liu Dequan, Cheng Shi, and Wang Su. From the date of implementation of this standard, the original ministry standard B193-7 "Cut-type right-angle connector" will be invalidated.
