Some standard content:
GB/R15100—2003/1EC61436:199E This standard adopts the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC614.3m:199B* Secondary battery with non-metallic or other non-metallic electrolyte - Metal hydride or other monomers 3. The content is completely consistent with IEC67436-1998, and the writing format follows the relevant provisions of GB/T15100-2004 Standardization Work Rules Part 1, Structure and Writing Rules of Standards. This is conducive to adapting to international trade and international access, facilitating technical and economic exchanges with other countries, and promoting the development of metal hydride batteries in my country: This standard shall be concurrently used from the date of publication with GB/T15100-1994 General Specification for Metal Hydride Cast Grid Sealed Alkaline Storage Batteries 3. This standard has the following changes compared with GB/T1510C1994: GB/T1510C1 is only applicable to sealed metal hydride batteries, while this standard is applicable to sealed metal hydride batteries and small-diameter sealed metal oxide lithium-based batteries: The first standard specifies the battery type with \IIR\ or \IIF\ at the beginning, followed by the battery shape number: - Only 0.21A and 11:A discharge are specified at -20V! The ambient temperature for low leakage discharge is 0.21A!
The recharge time of a full battery is different; www.bzxz.net
The overcharge time is changed to 1Rh
The assessment requirement for the battery standby state is cancelled: The storage period of the battery is 12 months:
The inspection method of the battery AC internal resistance and DC resistance is added! The acceptance of our batteries is divided into type testing and batch inspection. This standard is formulated by the Ministry of Information Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Alkaline Battery Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted by the National No. 756 Factory. The main drafters of this standard are Yao Xingang and Liu Xinglao. WGA/715100-2003/RC61436:19 9E Introduction
By convention, manufacturers of secondary cells and batteries express the charge and discharge currents of the cell as multiples of the capacity. Example: A current of 20A for a battery with a rated capacity of 10CAh is expressed as C/5A or 0.2CA. This method of expressing current has been applied to all standards related to the production of alkaline batteries. It is believed that this method of expressing current is dimensionally incorrect, because multiples of the capacity expressed in ampere-hours will still be expressed in amperes, not in amperes as required. By definition, Technical Committee 2 of C has published a standard for the expression of current in carbon-carbon batteries and battery groups. The method described in IEC61434 (1996-09) is used in this standard for simplicity. This method stipulates that the standard test current should be expressed as: I,AC,Ah/Ih. The standard test current is expressed in amperes (A); the rated capacity unit is the declared average time base for the rated capacity. 1.1 Scope CB/T15100-2003/IEC61436.1998 Primary cells and batteries with alkaline or other non-intermediate electrolytes - Sealed metal hydride rechargeable single cells The standard specifies the tests and requirements for sealed metal hydride rechargeable cells suitable for use in any position. 1.2 Normative references
