Insulation material table
1.0.1 Summary table of insulation materials, the format and content of which adopt the comprehensive material table. 1.0.2 List of pipeline insulation materials, the format and content of which are shown in Example Table 1. 1.0.3 List of equipment insulation materials, the format and content of which are shown in Example Table 2. 2 Preparation instructions
2.0.1 Summary table of insulation materials
2.0.1.1 Summarize by device division number using the comprehensive material table. 2.0.1.2 Summarize by insulation material category, leaving a blank after each type of material, and then fill in the next type of material, the order is hard molded parts first, then soft materials, and finally bulk materials. 2.0.1.3 The order of summarization is to summarize the main insulation layer materials first, then the protective layer materials, and finally the auxiliary materials. 2.0.1.4 Summarize the quantity of insulation materials according to the list of pipeline and equipment insulation materials, and convert the quantity of protective layer and auxiliary materials according to relevant regulations based on this quantity. 2.0.1.5 The size of the specification column is from small to large. For the pipe shell, the inner diameter of the pipe shell (i.e. the outer diameter of the pipe) and the thickness should be filled in, i.e. D inner ××, ××, and other materials should indicate 8=××. 2.0.1.6 Unit column: molded pipe shell is measured in m: cotton felt, insulation bricks or loose materials are measured in m; the number of protective layer materials is measured in m, the number of equipment insulation materials is measured in m\, and the rest depends on the type of materials. 2.0.1.7 When summarizing various materials, the loss of materials during transportation, storage and construction should be taken into account, so a certain amount (i.e. additional amount) should be appropriately increased.
2.0.2 List of pipe insulation materials:
2.0.2.1 Fill in according to the device division number.
2.0.2.2 Fill in each pipe one by one.
2.0.2.3 Fill in the pipe code item by item in the order of the pipe number. 2.0.2.4 Arrange the process material code together with the same category, and the pipe diameter is from small to large. 111
2.0.2.5 For the jacket pipe, the outer diameter of the jacket pipe should be filled in. For the companion pipe, only the outer diameter of the main pipe should be filled in. 2.0.2.6 Fill in according to the insulation material classification, leaving 12 spaces after each type of material, and leaving 1 space for the subtotal. 2.0.2.7 The number of pipe insulation materials is measured in m for pipe shells: cotton felt, insulation bricks or loose materials are measured in m. 2.0.2.8 When the maximum thickness of the insulation material cannot meet the requirements, it can be insulated in layers. At this time, the statistical materials should pay attention to filling in the thickness, surface area and volume of the outermost layer of material, and only fill in the thickness and volume of the remaining layers. 2.0.2.9 The quantity filled in the table does not have a coefficient, only the net quantity is filled in. 2.0.3 Equipment insulation material table
2.0.3.1 Fill in according to the device division number.
2.0.3.2 Fill in according to the order of material type, equipment type, and equipment position number. Different types of materials should be filled in a separate table.
2.0.3.3 When the maximum thickness of the insulation material cannot meet the requirements, it can be insulated in layers. At this time, the statistical materials should pay attention to filling in the thickness, surface area and volume of the outermost layer of material, and only fill in the thickness and volume of the remaining layers. 2.0.3.4 The quantity filled in the table does not have a coefficient, only the net quantity is filled in.
