4.2.5 Soluble in water
Take 12.5g (weighing 111g) of this product into a cup, add 4trl of freshly distilled water, heat and boil for 15min, cool to room temperature, dilute the water solution to 5ml, wash with freshly boiled hot water for several times, close the washing solution, cool to room temperature, and put it into a bottle, add water to the scale, shake the spoon, and collect 100ml of water and evaporate it on a water heater. Dry it to dryness at 105% and it should meet the requirements of 3.5.4.2.6 Acid decomposition
Take 100ml of the filtrate under the water soluble content, add 3ml of phenol indicator solution, and take 100ml of the filtrate under the water soluble content, and obtain 20% of the purple indicator. After the indicator is used, observe the color, which should meet the requirements of 3.6.4. 2.7 Starch and refined
Take 1g of the degradable substance in water, add the test concentration, scoop, observe the color, and check whether it meets the requirements of 5.7. 4.2.8 Fluorescent substance
Take 2 pieces of this group, separate them into 2 layers, and check under a fluorescent lamp (36nm) whether it meets the requirements of 3.3. 4.2.9 Ether soluble substance
Take 5g of this product, put it in a 250m sodium extractor, and extract it continuously with 150m of acetaldehyde for 4 hours, and reflux it for 4 times without centrifugation. The extract needs to be cooled down. Frequency at 105% to constant weight, and the residual flow should meet the requirements of 3.5. 4.2.10 Incandescent The residue after burning is weighed as g (standard C: nR). After burning for 1 year, slowly burn until complete or decomposed, add slight sulfuric acid (.5mL~1.0mL) to moisten: heat until sulfuric acid is completely evaporated, burn at 61℃~650℃ until weight is reduced, transfer to a desiccator, cool to room temperature, and the residue should meet the requirements of 3.70. 4.2.11 Microorganisms Submit the bottle for inspection according to the formula 1507, which should meet the requirements of 4.2.12. Daily inspection should meet the requirements of 3.12.
