The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
M and N kind of vehicle G/T15089-2001.
Gas vehicle
G8/T 17895-1999 All items in 2.2. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 There shall be no leakage in the gas supply system.
4.2 When measured by an instrument, the displayed concentration shall not be greater than 25×10\. 5 Inspection method
5.1 Inspection conditions
5.1.1 During vehicle inspection, the gas pressure in the natural gas storage cylinder shall not be less than 90% of the rated working pressure. 5.1.2 During vehicle inspection, the liquefied petroleum gas capacity in the liquefied petroleum gas cylinder shall not be less than 25% of the rated capacity. 5.1.3 During inspection, the wind speed should be less than 3 n1/s. 5.1.4 During inspection, there should be no oil stains or other dirt on the inspected parts. 5.1.5 During vehicle inspection, the fuel supply valve in the gas system should be in the open state and the generator should be in the off state. 5.2 Test instruments
When inspecting natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, corresponding instruments should be used. The instruments used should meet the requirements of GA127--1996 and have explosion-proof functions. The instruments should display the results digitally, and their response time should not be greater than 10 s. a) Range: (0~100)×10
GB19344—2003
b) Accuracy: 15%Fs.
5.3 Detection location
Detect the gas supply system connection and related components of the system. 5.4 Concentration detection
When using the instrument for detection, the measuring rod should be connected to the connection point! 1 Move, and the measurement time at each location should not be less than the reverse time requirement. The test results should meet the requirements of 4.2.
