6 Inspection rules
QE1781-93
1 The inspection department of the manufacturer is responsible for the inspection. The manufacturer guarantees that the products shipped out meet the requirements of this standard. The products shipped out are accompanied by a quality certificate, which includes: manufacturer name, product name, manufacturer, factory date, product number, net weight, and the product quality certificate number that meets the main standards. 6.2 The acceptance unit has the right to accept the product. According to the provisions of this standard, the products received shall be inspected to ensure that they meet the requirements of this standard. Each batch shall be inspected once, and different batches shall be inspected separately. 3. The packaging units of each batch shall be less than 200, and those of more than 200 shall be inspected three times. When sampling the unpacked source, check whether there is moisture and impurities on the outside, and then use a glass sample tube to absorb 50-100m of the sample, put it into a mixing container, and mix it evenly. Put it into two full and narrow glass bottles with dry tools. The bottles shall be marked with: product name, batch name, quantity and selection date, and used for inspection. The samples shall be kept for future use. If one of the indicators in the inspection results does not meet the requirements of the standard, the manufacturer may extract new samples for re-inspection. If there is still a difference in the inspection, the product cannot be accepted. 3.5 When the supply and demand parties have objections to the product, the parties can negotiate the price or the price by the responsible party, and the cost shall be borne by the responsible party.
