3 Product classification
3.1 The types of stop check valves are as follows: Type A - straight-through stop check valve with flange connection dimensions according to GB569; Type B - right-angle stop check valve with flange connection dimensions according to GB569; Type AS - true-through stop check valve with flange connection dimensions according to GB2501; Type RS - right-angle stop check valve with flange connection dimensions according to GB2501. 3.2 The basic parameters of stop check valves are as shown in Table 1. 6 Marking and packaging
6.1 The marking of stop check valves shall be in accordance with GB3032.
6.2 The packaging of stop check valves shall be in accordance with GB600.

This standard was formulated as the national standard GB 588-65 in 1965, revised for the first time as GB 588-76 in 1976, and revised for the second time as GB5B8-84 in 1984.
From the date of implementation of this standard, the foreign trade standards CBM 70-81 PN6 flange stop check valve, CBM 73-81 PN10 flange copper stop check valve, CBM 76-B1&PN16 flange bronze stop check valve, CBM 102--81&PN25 copper stop check valve are used as the national standard.
