This standard shall replace JBn3367—83 from the date of its entry into force. This standard is proposed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Metal Cutting Machine Tools. When accepting machine tools according to this standard, the remaining acceptance items in GB9061, ZBnJ50008.1, ZBnJ50008.3 and other standards that are not specified in this standard must be inspected at the same time. 4 Accessories and tools
4.1 A set of anchor screws should be supplied randomly.
4.2 Special accessories and tools (such as automatic tool holders) can be supplied according to the agreement. 5 Safety and Health
5.1 The machine tool should have a reliable overload protection device. 5.2 The noise of the machine tool shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ50004. The noise measurement of the machine tool shall be carried out in the idle operation at three speeds of high, medium and low. During the measurement, all moving parts must move. The noise sound pressure level index shall not exceed 83dB (A). 5.3 When accepting the machine tool according to this standard, the remaining acceptance items in JB4139 that are not concretized in this standard, as well as the relevant safety items specified in standards such as GB/5226.1 and ZBJ50016, shall be inspected at the same time. 6.1 The bed, tailstock, main slide plate and auxiliary slide plate are important parts and should be aged after rough processing. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on November 7, 1996

6.2 The weld surface should be dense, with uniform scales and consistent throughout the entire length. Cracks, burn-throughs, arc pits and cold welds are not allowed in the weld and heat-affected zone, and oxides and slags at the weld should be cleaned. 6.3 The guide pair between the main slide and the bed, and the guide pair between the auxiliary slide and the tailstock are important guide pairs, and wear-resistant measures should be taken. 6.4 The following joint surfaces are assessed according to the requirements of "important fixed joint surfaces": a) The joint surface between the bed and the tailstock;
b) The joint surface between the main slide and the bed, and the auxiliary slide and the tailstock; c) The joint surface between the faceplate and the end plate.
6.5 The following guide surfaces shall be assessed in accordance with the requirements of "sliding guides": a) Main slide guide pair;
b) Auxiliary slide guide pair.
6.6 Cleanliness shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of ZBJ50003, and the internal cleanliness of the main oil cylinder and other parts shall be inspected by weight, and the impurities and dirt shall not exceed the requirements of Table 1 (spot check).

The main motion of the machine tool should be operated in sequence of low, medium and high speeds. The highest speed operation time shall not be less than 1h, and the total idle running time shall not be less than 2h7.1
Measure the temperature at both ends of the main slide. The stable temperature and temperature rise value of the main slide shall comply with the provisions of GB9061. The hydraulic system temperature rise test shall comply with the provisions of ZBJ50.016 (spot check). 7.2 During the machine tool idle running test, the electrical and hydraulic systems of the machine tool shall be fully checked, and the various working cycles of the machine tool shall be checked in particular. The movements shall be accurate and reliable and meet the design requirements. When the pressure is stable, the main motion shall not creep at the minimum speed specified in the design. 7.3 When the machine tool runs at medium speed until the power is stable, check the machine tool's power when running at no load. The power when running at no load should meet the requirements of the design documents (spot check). 7.4 Choose an appropriate main and auxiliary slide movement speed to start, stop and brake 10 times in forward and reverse directions to test the reliability of the action.
7.5 Clamp and release the knife transfer mechanism 5 times to test its action reliability. 2
Machine tool load test
The machine tools in this series should be subjected to the following load tests: JB/T3367-1996
a) Full load test of maximum tension under rated pressure; b) Overload test of 25% over rated tension. For machine tools produced in batches, load tests can be performed only under 2/3 rated tension, but they should be regularly inspected by cutting test methods according to a) and b). The number of machine tools inspected in each batch should not be less than 1. 9
Machine tool accuracy inspection
9.1 Accuracy inspection shall be carried out in accordance with relevant standards.
The geometric accuracy of the machine tool shall be inspected before and after the load test, and the values measured after the load test shall be recorded in the machine tool qualification certificate. 9.3
The G3 and G6 inspections shall be carried out when the main motion guide pair of the machine tool reaches a stable temperature. 3
