According to the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. 26.30 [1986] and Document No. 12390 of the State Planning Commission, the former Ministry of Machinery Industry and relevant departments jointly formulated the following standards such as "General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering", which have been jointly formulated by relevant departments. The following standards are now approved as mandatory national standards and will be implemented from January 1, 1999. Revision Notes
This specification is based on the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. 450 (1986), and is edited by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry. The revision work is organized by the Installation Engineering Standard and Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and is jointly planned by the Beijing Hoisting and Transportation Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, the Mechanization Construction Company of China Machinery Installation Corporation, and key manufacturers and users of lifting equipment.
During the revision process, the revision team carefully summarized the experience since the implementation of the original specification; fully understood the standardization and scientific research achievements of my country's lifting equipment manufacturing industry; and absorbed new technologies, new materials and new processes in the installation process of lifting equipment. Strictly follow the procedures, steps and requirements of the Ministry of Construction to set standards and specifications, and finally the relevant departments of the original Ministry of Machinery Industry will review and approve this specification, which is divided into twelve chapters and four appendices. The main contents of the revision are as follows:
1. According to the development of my country's lifting equipment manufacturing industry, the scope of application of various types of lifting equipment installation specifications has been revised, and some new lifting equipment has been added:
2. The original specification was formulated in 1970. Due to the limitation of visual conditions, the standardization is still very imperfect: Now the manufacturing standards of lifting equipment are mostly equivalent to international standards and foreign advanced technologies. Therefore, the inspection items, technical requirements and parameters of the lifting equipment installation specifications have been greatly changed, such as the trial operation of lifting equipment.
3. The geometrical degree of the lifting equipment installation project that needs to be inspected or re-inspected has fully considered the situation of the lifting equipment leaving the factory, the deformation factors that may be caused by transportation and maintenance, and has been determined through research, investigation and joint review by relevant parties. Therefore, the inspection items have changed greatly.
4. The installation process of the lifting equipment is from the unpacking of the equipment to the acceptance of the qualified test operation. The test operation of the installation project clearly includes no-load, static load test and dynamic load test. Through these tests, it is required to measure the span, arch, arm deflection and static stiffness of the lifting equipment. These tests and measurements are very important parameters for the normal and safe operation of the lifting equipment; otherwise, personal or equipment accidents are prone to occur.
5. Added necessary annexes such as the geometric accuracy detection method of the lifting equipment, the correction value of the measuring tool, etc. G, nomenclature, terminology, shape and position tolerance, and calculation unit are all in accordance with the current domestic standards and relevant concepts of the lifting equipment manufacturing industry, and have been greatly adjusted.

First General Provisions
Article 1.0.1 This specification is formulated to ensure the quality of the installation engineering of lifting equipment and promote the advancement of installation technology. Article 1.2 This specification applies to the installation of (electric) powered cranes, manual (electric) powered hot-hook cranes, bridge cranes, metallurgical cranes, general gantry cranes and loading and unloading bridges, wall cranes and column-type cantilever cranes.
Article 1.0.3 The installation of lifting equipment shall be completed from the equipment box to the equipment test and acceptance. Article 1.0.4 For the lifting of large, special and complex lifting equipment, a complete lifting plan shall be formulated. When the building structure columns and beams are used as important load-bearing points, the lifting shall be carried out after calculation and approval by the relevant departments. Article 1.0.5 After the installation of lifting equipment is completed, it must pass the load test and acceptance procedures before it can be put into production.

The construction and acceptance of lifting equipment installation projects
In addition to being carried out in accordance with the provisions of this specification, it shall also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards and specifications.
Chapter 2 General Provisions
Article 2.0.1 Before installing the lifting equipment, it should be checked according to the following requirements:

Article 2.0.3 The adjustment of the brake shall meet the following requirements: 1. The brake shall be flexible and the braking shall be smooth and reliable; 2. The braking load of the lifting mechanism shall be 1.25 times of the rated load, and 1.4 times if there are special requirements, and there shall be no slipping under static load:

Chapter 3.0.1. This chapter applies to the installation of light rail, heavy rail, I-shaped copper rail, sheet rail and crane rail. 3.0.2. Before laying the rail, the end face, straightness and twisting of the rail shall be checked, and it can be installed only after passing the inspection. 3.8.3. Before installing the rail, the installation reference line of the rail shall be determined; the installation reference line of the rail should be the positioning axis of the crane beam. 3.0.4. The position deviation of the actual center of the track to the actual center line of the crane beam shall not be greater than 10mm; and shall not be greater than half of the thickness of the crane frame plate (Figure 3.0.4) 2.0.5. The horizontal deviation of the actual center line of the track to the actual center line of the crane beam is 3.0.6. The horizontal deviation of the actual center line of the track to the installation reference line is 3.0.7. For general bridge cranes, general gantry cranes and loading and unloading bridges, the allowable deviation of the crane track span should be greater than 5mm; for beam-type cranes, the allowable deviation of the crane track span should meet the following requirements: Article 3.0.6: When the crane track span is less than or equal to 10m, the allowable deviation of the crane track span is 3um; when the crane track span is greater than 10m, the allowable deviation of the crane track span should be calculated according to the following formula, but the maximum should not exceed +15um

Article 3.0.7 The longitudinal inclination of the track surface to its design position shall not be greater than 1/10Kh for general bridge cranes; and shall not be greater than 3/1000 for general gantry cranes; for every 2m measuring point, the height difference within the travel shall not be greater than 1[yuan.] Article 3.0.8 The allowable deviation of the elevation of the reference point of the track surface relative to the design standard shall be ±101tam for through-type cranes, through-gantry cranes and loading and unloading bridges; and Smma for beam-type suspended cranes.
Article 3.0.9 The relative difference in elevation of two parallel tracks within the cross-section shall not be greater than 10mm for general bridge cranes, general gantry cranes and loading and unloading bridges; and shall not be greater than 5nm for hanging cranes.
Article 3.0.10 For cranes guided by horizontal guide wheels, the lateral curvature of the track in the length direction in the horizontal plane shall have an allowable deviation of +1mm for every 2m of measuring length (Figure 3.0.10); 20

When the joints are butt-jointed, the welding frame shall meet the requirements of the rail base material. The welding quality shall comply with the relevant provisions of electric fusion welding, and the top and side welds of the joints shall be polished and smooth; 2. When the joints are connected by color plate, the height difference and lateral misalignment of the joints shall not be greater than 1inm, and the gap shall not be greater than 2uun:

4. For square steel rails supported by pads, the width of the pads at the joints (along the length of the rail) shall be doubled than that at other places. Article 3.0.13 The allowable deviation of the gauge of the two sub-rails of the same branch of the universal hoist and loading and unloading bridge shall be 2mmrn, and the height difference of the benchmark shall not be greater than 1ni.
Article 3.0, 14 The grouting layer or leveling layer between the concrete crane beam and the track shall comply with the design requirements. Article 3.0.15 When using a single-sex pad as a cushioning layer, the specifications and materials of the elastic cushion should comply with the design requirements. Before tightening the screws, the rail should be in close contact with the elastic cushion; when there is a gap, a cushion should be added under the elastic cushion, and the length and width of the cushion should be 10-20mm larger than the elastic cushion. Article 3.0.16 When laying rails on crane beams, the bottom surface of the rail should be in close contact with the top surface of the crane frame; when there is a gap and its length exceeds 200mm, a cushion should be added, and the length of the cushion should not be less than 100mm, and the width should be greater than 10~20m from the bottom surface of the track. Each set of cushions should not exceed 3 layers. After padding, the finished product is welded for a certain period of time. Article 3.0.17 The lateral inclination of square steel and I-shaped copper rails should not be greater than 1/100 of the track angle.
Article 3.0.18 After the track is adjusted to meet the requirements, all screws should be fully checked and there should be no looseness. According to the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. 26.30 [1986] and Document No. 12390 of the State Planning Commission, the former Ministry of Machinery Industry and relevant departments jointly formulated the following standards such as "General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering", which have been jointly formulated by relevant departments. The following standards are now approved as mandatory national standards and will be implemented from January 1, 1999. The original national standards "Mechanical Equipment Installation Process Construction and Acceptance Specification" TI231 and "Refrigeration Equipment Installation Process Construction and Acceptance Specification GHI6-84" are abolished. Revision Notes
This specification is based on the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. 450 (1986), and is edited by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry. The revision work is organized by the Installation Engineering Standard and Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and is jointly planned by the Beijing Hoisting and Transportation Machinery Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, the Mechanization Construction Company of China Machinery Installation Corporation, and key manufacturers and users of lifting equipment.
During the revision process, the revision team carefully summarized the experience since the implementation of the original specification; fully understood the standardization and scientific research achievements of my country's lifting equipment manufacturing industry; and absorbed new technologies, new materials and new processes in the installation process of lifting equipment. Strictly follow the procedures, steps and requirements of the Ministry of Construction to set standards and specifications, and finally the relevant departments of the original Ministry of Machinery Industry will review and approve this specification, which is divided into twelve chapters and four appendices. The main contents of the revision are as follows:
1. According to the development of my country's lifting equipment manufacturing industry, the scope of application of various types of lifting equipment installation specifications has been revised, and some new lifting equipment has been added:
2. The original specification was formulated in 1970. Due to the limitation of visual conditions, the standardization is still very imperfect: Now the manufacturing standards of lifting equipment are mostly equivalent to international standards and foreign advanced technologies. Therefore, the inspection items, technical requirements and parameters of the lifting equipment installation specifications have been greatly changed, such as the trial operation of lifting equipment.
3. The geometrical degree of the lifting equipment installation project that needs to be inspected or re-inspected has fully considered the situation of the lifting equipment leaving the factory, the deformation factors that may be caused by transportation and maintenance, and has been determined through research, investigation and joint review by relevant parties. Therefore, the inspection items have changed greatly.
4. The installation process of the lifting equipment is from the unpacking of the equipment to the acceptance of the qualified test operation. The test operation of the installation project clearly includes no-load, static load test and dynamic load test. Through these tests, it is required to measure the span, arch, arm deflection and static stiffness of the lifting equipment. These tests and measurements are very important parameters for the normal and safe operation of the lifting equipment; otherwise, personal or equipment accidents are prone to occur.
5. Added necessary annexes such as the geometric accuracy detection method of the lifting equipment, the correction value of the measuring tool, etc. G, nomenclature, terminology, shape and position tolerance, and calculation unit are all in accordance with the current domestic standards and relevant concepts of the lifting equipment manufacturing industry, and have been greatly adjusted.

First General Provisions
Article 1.0.1 This specification is formulated to ensure the quality of the installation engineering of lifting equipment and promote the advancement of installation technology. Article 1.2 This specification applies to the installation of (electric) powered cranes, manual (electric) powered hot-hook cranes, bridge cranes, metallurgical cranes, general gantry cranes and loading and unloading bridges, wall cranes and column-type cantilever cranes.
Article 1.0.3 The installation of lifting equipment shall be completed from the equipment box to the equipment test and acceptance. Article 1.0.4 For the lifting of large, special and complex lifting equipment, a complete lifting plan shall be formulated. When the building structure columns and beams are used as important load-bearing points, the lifting shall be carried out after calculation and approval by the relevant departments. Article 1.0.5 After the installation of lifting equipment is completed, it must pass the load test and acceptance procedures before it can be put into production.

The construction and acceptance of lifting equipment installation projects
In addition to being carried out in accordance with the provisions of this specification, it shall also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards and specifications.
Chapter 2 General Provisions
Article 2.0.1 Before installing the lifting equipment, it should be checked according to the following requirements:

Article 2.0.3 The adjustment of the brake shall meet the following requirements: 1. The brake shall be flexible and the braking shall be smooth and reliable; 2. The braking load of the lifting mechanism shall be 1.25 times of the rated load, and 1.4 times if there are special requirements, and there shall be no slipping under static load:

Chapter 3.0.1. This chapter applies to the installation of light rail, heavy rail, I-shaped copper rail, sheet rail and crane rail. 3.0.2. Before laying the rail, the end face, straightness and twisting of the rail shall be checked, and it can be installed only after passing the inspection. 3.8.3. Before installing the rail, the installation reference line of the rail shall be determined; the installation reference line of the rail should be the positioning axis of the crane beam. 3.0.4. The position deviation of the actual center of the track to the actual center line of the crane beam shall not be greater than 10mm; and shall not be greater than half of the thickness of the crane frame plate (Figure 3.0.4) 2.0.5. The horizontal deviation of the actual center line of the track to the actual center line of the crane beam is 3.0.6. The horizontal deviation of the actual center line of the track to the installation reference line is 3.0.7. For general bridge cranes, general gantry cranes and loading and unloading bridges, the allowable deviation of the crane track span should be greater than 5mm; for beam-type cranes, the allowable deviation of the crane track span should meet the following requirements: Article 3.0.6: When the crane track span is less than or equal to 10m, the allowable deviation of the crane track span is 3um; when the crane track span is greater than 10m, the allowable deviation of the crane track span should be calculated according to the following formula, but the maximum should not exceed +15um

Article 3.0.7 The longitudinal inclination of the track surface to its design position shall not be greater than 1/10Kh for general bridge cranes; and shall not be greater than 3/1000 for general gantry cranes; for every 2m measuring point, the height difference within the travel shall not be greater than 1[yuan.] Article 3.0.8 The allowable deviation of the elevation of the reference point of the track surface relative to the design standard shall be ±101tam for through-type cranes, through-gantry cranes and loading and unloading bridges; and Smma for beam-type suspended cranes.
Article 3.0.9 The relative difference in elevation of two parallel tracks within the cross-section shall not be greater than 10mm for general bridge cranes, general gantry cranes and loading and unloading bridges; and shall not be greater than 5nm for hanging cranes.
Article 3.0.10 For cranes guided by horizontal guide wheels, the lateral curvature of the track in the length direction in the horizontal plane shall have an allowable deviation of +1mm for every 2m of measuring length (Figure 3.0.10); 20

When the joints are butt-jointed, the welding frame shall meet the requirements of the rail base material. The welding quality shall comply with the relevant provisions of electric fusion welding, and the top and side welds of the joints shall be polished and smooth; 2. 4. For square steel rails supported by pads, the width of the pads at the joints (along the length of the rail) shall be doubled than that at other places. Article 3.0.13 The allowable deviation of the gauge of the two sub-rails of the same branch of the universal hoist and loading and unloading bridge shall be 2mmrn, and the height difference of the benchmark shall not be greater than 1ni.
Article 3.0, 14 The grouting layer or leveling layer between the concrete crane beam and the track shall comply with the design requirements. Article 3.0.15 When using a single-sex pad as a cushioning layer, the specifications and materials of the elastic cushion should comply with the design requirements. Before tightening the screws, the rail should be in close contact with the elastic cushion; when there is a gap, a cushion should be added under the elastic cushion, and the length and width of the cushion should be 10-20mm larger than the elastic cushion. Article 3.0.16 When laying rails on crane beams, the bottom surface of the rail should be in close contact with the top surface of the crane frame; when there is a gap and its length exceeds 200mm, a cushion should be added, and the length of the cushion should not be less than 100mm, and the width should be greater than 10~20m from the bottom surface of the track. Each set of cushions should not exceed 3 layers. After padding, the finished product is welded for a certain period of time. Article 3.0.17 The lateral inclination of square steel and I-shaped copper rails should not be greater than 1/100 of the track angle.
Article 3.0.18 After the track is adjusted to meet the requirements, all screws should be fully checked and there should be no looseness.
