The technical documents (instruction manual, quality certificate) and spare parts in the box are complete. The test conditions and requirements should comply with the provisions of Chapter 3 of JB/T9818.2-1999. 2 The determination of rice quality, electricity consumption per ton of material, temperature rise of finished products, dust concentration, noise and other items shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.2.3~4.2.74.2 in JB/T9818.2-1999. The determination of effectiveness, glue consumption and other items shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 5.3~5.6 in JB/T9818.2-1999. 4.3 The inspection of assembly quality, appearance quality, coating appearance and packaging quality shall be mainly based on visual inspection. The inspection of paint film adhesion in JB/T51222-1999 shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T5673. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Classification of unqualified items 5.1.1 Products shall be inspected and judged according to the classification of unqualified items listed in Table 3 and the sampling inspection plan in Table 4 in accordance with the counting sampling inspection procedure principles specified in GB/T2828.
5.1.2 Any inspected item that does not meet the requirements of Chapter 3 of this standard and relevant standards, drawings and technical documents is a non-conforming item. 5.1.3 Non-conforming items are divided into three categories: A, B and C according to their impact on product quality. Category A is for items that have a significant impact on the product; Category B is for items that have a greater impact on the product; Category C focuses on parts, assembly and manufacturing quality items. 5.2 Sampling method
5.2.1 Sampling inspection procedure According to the normal sampling plan of GB/T2828, special inspection level S-1 is adopted. 5.2.2 Random sampling is adopted, and random sampling is performed from products produced by the factory within the past year. When sampling the whole machine, the sample matrix should be no less than 16 units, and the parts should be no less than 16 sets (pieces). Sample 2 units for the whole machine and 2 sets (pieces) for the parts. Samples should be taken on the production line, or in the semi-finished product warehouse or finished product warehouse. This restriction is not applicable when sampling in the sales department. The samples taken should be qualified products of the corresponding grade. 5.3 Assessment rules
5.3.1 Products are sampled and judged according to the requirements of Table 4. The qualified quality level AQL, qualified judgment number Ac, and unqualified judgment number Re in the table are calculated by the point method (i.e. the number of unqualified items). 5.3.2 The assessment is conducted item by item. When the number of unqualified items in each category in the sample is less than or equal to the qualified judgment number Ac, the category is judged to have passed. The inspection should make a pass or fail decision according to the sampling inspection plan for each category. The grade that passes all three categories A, B, and C is determined as the product grade. Table 3 Items unqualified classification table
