Compressed hops
In a packaging box of a certain volume, packing materials are placed, and hop cones that have been baked and rehydrated are added in batches, and the hop cones are pressed several times to form a package.
3.2 Brown flower pieces
Flower pieces that are light brown to brown are called brown flower pieces. Only when the brown part exceeds one-third of the flower piece area can they be called brown flower pieces.
3.3 Disintegration time
Put the hop pellets into boiling water and start timing immediately. The time when the hop pellets expand rapidly and become loose is called the disintegration time, measured in seconds.
3.4 Loose particles
The loose particles are smaller than half the diameter of the normal particles. Technical requirements

Inspection rules
5.1 Batch number
5.1.1 Hops of the same variety in the same production site, picked, roasted, moistened, and packaged at the same time are the same batch number. Each production site shall be numbered in sequence from the first package produced on the day of commencement each year, and the roasting date shall be indicated. 5.1.2 Hops pellets processed in the same period shall have the same batch number and shall indicate the processing date. 5.1.3 To ensure accurate inspection, the batch size of each batch of compressed hops shall not exceed 600 packages and may be divided into several small batches according to production conditions.
5.1.4 Each batch of compressed hops and hop pellets shall be accompanied by a quality inspection certificate with the quantity and weight indicated. 5.2 Sampling
10347.2.
5.3 Inspection
5.3.1 The technical supervision department of the production site shall inspect the products produced and processed in accordance with this standard and GB10347.2 to ensure that all products produced meet the requirements of this standard. 5.3.2 The consignee shall conduct an inspection immediately after receiving the goods. If any indicator does not meet the corresponding technical requirements of this standard, it may take double the number of samples for re-inspection and use the re-inspection results as the basis for evaluation. 5.3.3 In foreign trade, if the test items, packaging specifications and acceptance rules need to be changed, the relevant parties may agree on it. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking
The compressed hops package and the hop pellet box shall be printed with non-toxic and durable colors to indicate the product name, grade, moisture, α-acid production site name, production batch number, gross weight, net weight, date of packing or pelleting. And the "moisture-proof", "light-proof" and "high temperature-proof" signs shall be marked in a conspicuous position. 6.2 Packaging
6.2.1 The net weight of each package of compressed hops is 50kg. 6.2.2 The compressed hops package is lined with kraft paper and polyethylene plastic film, and wrapped with white cloth and linen. Three bamboo strips are placed on the front and back of the package, and six blue steel hoops are made. The packaging should be tight and neat, without leaks or broken packages. 6.2.3 Hops pellets shall be packed in polyethylene plastic bags or aluminum composite bags lined with polyethylene, or in polyethylene plastic barrels or tinplate barrels. They shall be packed in vacuum or filled with inert gas. The weight of each bag shall be determined according to the size and quantity of the bag (barrel).
6.3 Transportation
6.3.1 During transportation, the goods shall be covered with a canopy or a closed compartment shall be used. The bottom of the closed compartment shall be padded with a certain height of impermeable material.
6.3.2 It shall not be transported in the same warehouse or compartment with odorous or toxic items. 6.3.3 It shall be handled with care during handling and transportation. It is strictly forbidden to be exposed to rain, moisture or sunlight. 6.4 Storage
It shall be stored in a dry, light-proof environment below 4°C. The bottom of the goods shall be padded with a certain height of impermeable material. It is strictly forbidden to store it in the open air.
