4 Technical requirements
QB/T 1702.6—1993
4.1 Products shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. At the same time, they shall also comply with the requirements of QB/T1702.1.
4.2 All purchased parts and raw materials shall have the inspection certificate or quality assurance certificate of the supplier. If there is no certificate or quality assurance certificate, the manufacturer shall inspect the purchased parts and raw materials and only those that are qualified can be used. 4.3 The basic technical requirements of the whole machine shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T14253. 4.4 The insulation resistance shall not be less than 2MQ, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 0.2Q. 4.5 Cast iron parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T842.2, and other castings shall not have various defects that affect the strength and other properties of castings as specified in JB/T302.
4.6 The welding of parts and products shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.1. The machining of parts shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.2. 4.7
4.8 The assembly of products shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.3. 4.9 The paint shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.4. 4.10 Parts in contact with materials must be made of materials that meet the requirements of food hygiene. 4.11
The finished products manufactured by the machine shall be free of seeds and skin. The roughness R of the inner wall of the cylinder and the inner and outer surfaces of the screen. The value shall not be greater than 1.6μum. The no-load noise shall not be greater than 85dB(A).
5 Test method
Processing capacity
Use a stopwatch with a graduation value of 0.1s to measure the time required for the machine to process 1t of material, and then convert it into 1h of processing capacity, which shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
5.2 Electric power consumption
Tested with a three-phase power meter with an accuracy of 0.5 level, the value shall not be greater than the provisions of the installed capacity in Table 1. 5.3 Insulation resistance, grounding resistance
Between the motor output terminal and the housing, use a 500V megohmmeter with an accuracy of 1.0 level to measure the insulation resistance, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4; between the machine grounding terminal and the housing, use a digital micro-ohmmeter with an accuracy of ±0.0010 to measure the grounding resistance, which shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4.
5.4 Noise
Test with a sound level meter with an accuracy of ±1dB according to the provisions of ZBJ50004, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.12. 5.5 Other items shall be inspected by conventional methods such as visual inspection, hand touch, roughness sample, etc. 6 Inspection rules
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.

6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 Inspection must be carried out before the machine leaves the factory. QB/T 1702.6-1993
6.1.2 Each batch of products shall be inspected for manufacturing, assembly, appearance, etc. of the products according to the product drawings, technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures and the requirements of Articles 4.1~~4.13 (except Article 4.11). 6.1.3 Products may only leave the factory after passing the inspection. 6.2 Type inspection
Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following situations: finalization of new product trial production or transfer of old product to factory production; when there are major changes in structure, materials and processes after formal production, which may affect product performance; once every three years during normal production;
when the product is suspended for a long time and then resumed;
when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. Type inspection shall be conducted on one unit randomly selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection, and the inspection items shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.3 and Chapter 4. 6.2.2
Type inspection shall be conducted in the user unit.
6.2.3 Judgment rules
If the type inspection fails, the sampling shall be doubled. If it still fails, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
According to the provisions of Chapter 8 of QB/T1702.1.
