National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Guidelines for the work of reference materials (1)
General rules for describing or reference materials in technical standards
GB/T15000.1—94
This standard adopts the International Organization for Standardization Guide 6-1978 (E) "Describing reference materials in international standards". Where the various technical indicators and relevant standard analysis and test methods specified in the technical standards require the coordination of standard samples to ensure the consistency of the application effects of these technical standards at different times and places, the development and use of corresponding standard samples should be specified. In technical standards, national standard samples should be stated first. When there are no relevant national standard samples, standard samples approved by other standardization management agencies should be stated.
1 Subject content and scope of application

3.1 When stating standard samples in technical standards, their numbers, names or codes shall be stated. 3.2 When stating standard samples in technical standards, the relevant terms shall comply with the provisions of GB/T15000.2. 4 Technical criteria for selecting standard samples when formulating technical standards 4.1 Standard samples that meet the needs should be selected based on scientific or technical requirements. 4.2 When determining the "true value" of physical or chemical properties, standard samples with a description of their accuracy should be selected. 4.3 When determining engineering properties or sensory properties, but their accuracy cannot necessarily be described, standard samples should be selected based on the needs of engineering properties or sensory properties.
4.4 When standard samples are used to determine accuracy, the measured values of the standard samples should be traceable to the recognized international measurement system, i.e., the SI system, by the described method, otherwise they will not be selected. 5 Source of standard samples wwW.bzxz.Net

5.2 When there are no relevant national standard samples, relevant industry standard samples can be used. Relevant information can be obtained from the standardization management organization of the relevant industry.
5.3 The source information of the selected standard samples shall be stated in the appendix of the technical standard. 6 Necessary conditions for stating standard samples
6.1 All users can obtain standard samples under equal conditions 6.2 The supplier of standard samples can continuously provide standard samples during the validity period of the relevant standard; 6.3 The supplier of standard samples shall provide the necessary technical information to the user and shall promptly notify the user when the standard samples are copied. 6.4 Standard samples must have a certificate, and its content and format shall comply with the requirements of GB/T15000.4. 7 Non-technical restrictions on application of standard samples 1 In the technical standard, patented standard samples shall not be stated 7.2 For some special standard samples: such as fissile materials, radioactive sources, dangerous or toxic substances, precious metals, etc., standard samples shall be approved by the relevant competent authorities before they can be stated in the technical standard.
