This standard specifies the quality classification, test methods, sampling and evaluation methods of reciprocating piston medium pressure oxygen compressor products. This standard applies to reciprocating piston medium pressure oxygen compressors (hereinafter referred to as oxygen compressors) specified in JB/T6893-1993 "Technical Conditions for Reciprocating Piston Medium Pressure Oxygen Compressors".

Oxygen compressor products are divided into two grades: qualified products and first-class products according to their quality level and use value. In addition to complying with the provisions of JB/T6893, the indicators of each assessment item and grade of oxygen compressor products shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1. Table 1

The performance test of oxygen compressor can be carried out in the manufacturer or on the user's site. The performance test of oxygen compressor shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6892, and its full load continuous operation time shall not be less than 48h. The noise measurement of the oxygen compressor shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4980 or GB/T7022. The mechanical vibration measurement of the oxygen compressor shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T7777. The measurement of the residual grease of the parts in contact with oxygen in the oxygen compressor shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T6896. The availability of the oxygen compressor and the replacement period of the main wearing parts shall be based on the written materials provided by two or more users. Sampling and evaluation methods
The oxygen compressor for sampling shall be a product that has passed the appraisal and passed the self-inspection of the manufacturer. The oxygen compressor for sampling shall be a product that is no more than 2 years after completion. There shall be at least two oxygen compressors for sampling, and one shall be randomly selected. 5.4 The product quality grade shall be tested and evaluated item by item in accordance with the provisions of this standard, and the product quality grade shall be evaluated according to the lowest index in the assessment items. The product quality grade cannot be determined if the item is missing.
