5. 0. 1 The hardness value of the metal ring gasket material should be 30~40HB lower than that of the flange material, and its maximum value shall not exceed that in Table 5. 0.1.
5.0.2 The hardness of the metal ring gasket shall be uniform and measured on the circumference. The average hardness shall meet the requirements of Table 5.0.1.

5.0.3 The metal ring gasket shall be made of forgings after appropriate heat treatment and machining. The forgings shall meet the requirements of JB4726~~4728. Metal ring gaskets are not allowed to be welded. 5.0.4 The dimensional limit deviation of the metal ring gasket shall be in accordance with the requirements of Table 5.0.4. The limit deviation of the size of the metal ring is: the width of the ring plane should be: ±0.40 (cm) radius of the fillet: As long as the difference between any two points of the metal ring does not exceed 0.4mm, the limit deviation of the ring height B or H can be +1.2mm. 5.0.5 The sealing surface of the metal ring (octagonal pad slope or elliptical arc surface) shall not have scratches, sulfur marks, cracks and snake points, and the surface roughness shall not exceed Ra1.6. 5. 1. For the metal ring made of 10 or 08 steel, the surface should be coated with anti-rust oil after inspection. 480

6.0.1 Ring gaskets shall be packed according to type, specification and material. A product quality inspection certificate shall be attached upon delivery, and the outside of each metal ring gasket shall be stamped with the contents specified in 6.0.2. 6.0.2 Marking contents
