Some standard content:

National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Coupling dimensions of suspension insulators for high voltage lines This standard adopts the following standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) equivalently: IEC Publication 120 (1984) "Ball and socket connection dimensions of insulator string elements" (third edition); IEC Publication 471 (1977) "Slot connection dimensions of insulator string elements" (second edition). 1 Subject content and scope of application

Replaces GB4056-83
This standard specifies the connection structure and dimensions of suspension insulators for high voltage lines, the dimensions of ball and socket connection gauges and their connection characteristics, and recommends ball and socket gauge materials and manufacturing requirements.
This standard is applicable to disc-shaped and rod-shaped suspension insulators and the hardware connected to them. 2 Reference standards

3 Terms
The terms used in this standard shall comply with the provisions of GB2900.8 and JB/T5896. 4 Types and dimensions
4.1 The connection structure types in this standard are divided into ball-and-socket connection and slot-and-socket connection. The ball-and-socket connection uses the nominal foot rod diameter d1 as the connection mark, and there are five types: 1620, 24, 28 and 32. The slot-and-socket connection uses the diameter d of the cylindrical pin it connects as the connection mark, and there are 16C. 4.2 The dimensions listed in this standard are all dimensions after surface treatment, and the measurement unit is expressed in millimeters. Approved by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision on April 12, 1994 74
Implementation on December 1, 1994

When selecting the locking pin structure, when the connection mark is 20 or less, it is recommended to use the W-type pin structure first; when the connection mark is 24 or more, it is recommended to use the R-type structure first.
③ When keeping the foot When the gap between the ball and the locking pin remains unchanged, the bottom plane of the socket can be made into an arc bottom surface, but its radius of curvature should not be less than the size of the foot ball r. In this case, R. should also be reduced accordingly. 76
GB/T4056--94
4.3.3 The locking pin mouth structure stipulates that there are two types of circular holes and rectangular holes. 4.3.3.1 The pin mouth structure and dimensions of the open camelback pin (hereinafter referred to as R-type locking pin) are stipulated in Figure 3 and Table 3. Xx
