GB/T8930—2001
Specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for crude gold ingots. For the production, purchase and sale of crude gold, it is a very important matter. With the rapid development of my country's gold industry, more scientific, practical and advanced technical standards for crude gold products are needed. GB/T15249-1994 "Chemical Analysis Methods for Crude Gold" and GB/T17373-1998 "Chemical Analysis Sampling Methods for Crude Gold" have been issued and implemented. The release and implementation of this standard realizes the series standardization of the production and management of gold ingots. This standard replaces GB/T8930-1988 from the date of implementation. This standard is jointly proposed by the People's Bank of China Printing Corporation and the Gold Administration Bureau of the State Economic and Trade Commission. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Printing Sub-Technical Committee of the National Financial Standardization Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard are Chengdu Banknote Printing Company and Changchun Gold Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Zisen, Huang Rui, Chen Feifei and Yao Taiping. 1 Scope

3.2 Alloy gold ingots are rectangular or rectangular, with clean surface, complete edges and corners, and no flash or burrs. 3.3 Alloy gold ingots should not have interlayers, cold insulation, or foreign matter. 3.4 The mass of alloy gold ingots shall not exceed 10 kg. If the purchaser has special requirements, it shall be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 4 Test methods
4.1 The appearance quality of alloy gold ingots shall be visually inspected. 4.2 Product sampling shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T17373, Hg
4.3 Product chemical composition analysis shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T15249. If other analytical methods are used, their precision shall not be less than that specified in this standard.
Approved by the State Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision on February 13, 2001, implemented on August 1, 2001
5 Inspection and Acceptance Rules
GB/T B930—2001
5.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier's quality inspection department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this standard and fill in the quality certificate. 5.2 The product shall be purchased by the production unit in batches and accepted by the purchasing unit. 5.3 The furnace pressed gold is considered as a batch.
5.4 Acceptance sampling. The gold delivered to the purchasing unit must be sampled by representatives of both the supply and demand parties at the time of acceptance sampling. The sampling shall be carried out according to the GB/T17373 method. In principle, the purchasing unit shall take a sample at one time, with a sample weight of 40g, as the acceptance analysis sample and arbitration analysis sample. The sample shall be kept for months from the date when the purchasing party reports the analysis results. 5.5 After the supplier raises an objection to the acceptance analysis results, the acceptance party shall not purify and process the relevant gold ingots. 5.6 If the acceptance unit or the production unit has objections to the analysis results, arbitration may be conducted. Arbitration-related matters shall be agreed upon by both parties. If remelting and sampling are required, the acceptance unit and the production unit shall negotiate and decide. During remelting and sampling, representatives of the production unit and the purchasing unit must be present. 5.7 For each batch of gold ingots, when it does not meet the impurity content requirements in 3.1 of this standard, the batch of gold ingots is unqualified. For each ingot of gold ingots, when it does not meet the requirements of 3.2.3.3 and 3.4 of this standard, the gold ingots are unqualified. 6 Packaging, marking and quality certificate
6.1 The packaging should be safe and reliable and easy to carry. The packaging materials and methods shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 6.2 The production unit mark, batch number and production date shall be printed on the gold ingots. 6.3 Each batch of gold chain should have a quality certificate, indicating a) the name of the production unit
b) product name;
c) article number,
d) batch number;
e) chemical analysis results and the stamp of the quality supervision department, f) gross weight, net weight, number of pieces;
g) production period
h) the number of this standard.
