6 Inspection rules

6.1 Each batch of finished products shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer: the manufacturer shall ensure that all products shipped out of the factory meet the requirements of this standard. Each product shall be issued with a quality certificate, which shall include: manufacturer name, product name, trademark, factory average daily average, batch number, license number, product quality certificate and standard abbreviation. 8.2 The acceptance unit shall carry out inspection in accordance with the provisions of this standard. Once the received product meets the requirements of this standard, it shall be inspected once more for each batch, and the batch number shall be inspected separately. 6.3 The packaging unit of each batch shall be in a drum if it is less than 100, and in three drums if it is more than 100. When sampling from non-store packages, check the appearance for moisture and quality, then shake it thoroughly and evenly, then use an effective sampling tube to absorb 5 (1mm) liquid from each vehicle. Note: The sample must be taken by the person in charge and the person in charge shall be separately inspected. Note: manufacturer name, product name, batch number, date of entry, shipping number and sampling information, and keep the same for future reference. 64. If one of the indicators of the product does not meet the requirements after the inspection, the new sample shall be taken together with the production team for analysis. If there is still any unqualified result, the product cannot be accepted. B.5 When the accepting party has any dispute with the product, it may invite the statutory inspection member to carry out the inspection and the cost shall be borne by the accepting party.
6.B Color, aroma, freezing point and free formaldehyde are the inspection indicators. Contains alcohol, oxygen and will be the new type inspection indicators, and the degree of pregnancy will be checked once every time.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 The synthetic cinnamon reduction lead barrel and the outer packaging shall be marked with the product name, manufacturer's name, trademark, batch size, net weight, tare weight, ex-factory date, system number and relevant installation marks. Order form and special requirements: according to the production, make a separate agreement, .2 During transportation, it should be protected from rain and air pollution, and strictly avoid acid, toxicity and other temperature. 3 The product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, cool place.
