1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the air pressure test conditions and test methods for analytical instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments). GB11606.10—89
This standard is applicable to the assessment of the adaptability of instruments to work under high altitude, low air pressure and air pressure change environmental conditions. 2 Test conditions
2.1 Requirements for test equipment
The test box (room) must be able to provide the air pressure conditions given in this standard. When the pressure returns to normal, the input air should not pollute the instrument.
2.2 Air pressure for low pressure test
84kPa(630mmHg);
70kPa(525mmHg);
55kPa(412.5mmHg);
Pressure error:±1kPa(±7.5mmHg)2.3 Conditions for air pressure change test
The conditions for air pressure change test are specified by the product standard. 2.4 Test duration
Select from the following times: 10min, 2h, 4h. When there is no separate provision, the duration of the constant pressure test is 2h, and the duration of the air pressure change test is 10min.
3 Test method

Performance inspection of the instrument shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant standards. 3.2 Test
3.2.1 The temperature in the test box (room) is 15~35℃3.2.2 The instrument is placed in the test box (room) and powered on. 3.2.3 The average rate of change of the pressure in the test box (room) is not more than 10kPa/min. 3.2.4 After the pressure in the test box (room) reaches the specified value, it is maintained for the specified time. 3.3 Intermediate inspection
Immediately after the duration is reached, the instrument is inspected according to the relevant standards under the air pressure. 3.4 Recovery
After the instrument is inspected, the pressure in the test box (room) is restored to normal pressure at an average rate of change of no more than 10kPa/min, and the recovery time is 1~2h.
3.5 Final inspection
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 25, 1989 and implemented on March 1, 1990
