Summary:
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of emergency brake devices (hereinafter referred to as brake devices) for underground coal mines. This standard applies to wire rope traction rail cars in underground coal mines; rail cars and rubber-shod wheel locomotives driven by explosion-proof low-pollution diesel engines and special explosion-proof batteries, and also applies to monorail cranes driven by wire ropes, explosion-proof low-pollution diesel engines, and explosion-proof batteries.
