ISO7094 does not specify packaging technical requirements, this standard specifies them (Table 3). ISO7094 does not specify simplified markings, this standard gives simplified marking examples according to the simplification principle of GB/T1237 (5.2). This standard is a revision of GB/T5287-1985, and the main modifications are as follows: a) Specifies the performance level and product level of bolts, screws and nuts applicable to this washer (Chapter 1); preferred dimensions; Table 2 non-preferred dimensions (Tables 1 and 2); b) According to the degree of preference of thread specifications (thread major diameter): Table 1 c) Add nominal specifications: 18, 22, 27 and 33mm (Table 2); d) Give the hardness range and test method corresponding to the hardness grade (Table 3); e) Add non-electrolytic zinc flake coating (Table 3). This standard replaces GB/T5287-1985 from the date of implementation. This standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This standard specifies flat washers with a nominal specification (major thread diameter) of 5 to 36 mm, extra large series, hardness grade of 100 HV, and product grade of C.
This washer is suitable for:
Hexagonal head bolts and screws with performance grade up to 6.8 and product grade C; hexagonal nuts with performance grade up to 6 and product grade C. Used for wooden structures.
If dimensions other than those specified in this standard are required, they should be selected from GB/T5286. 2
