3 Implementation Instructions

3.1 When preventing and controlling crop diseases and insect pests, the principle of "prevention first, comprehensive prevention and control" should be implemented conscientiously, and various effective non-chemical prevention and control methods should be actively adopted. When using chemical pesticides, local areas should adapt to local conditions and flexibly learn and master them, but they should not exceed the maximum amount of pesticides and the maximum number of times specified in this standard. It is recommended that different types of pesticides be used alternately. 3.2 Relevant departments in various places should do a good job in publicity and education, popularize scientific, reasonable and safe use of pesticides, and improve the quality of pesticide application personnel.
3.3 When using pesticides, protection should be taken, and after application, the pesticides should be cleaned in time and thoroughly, and attention should be paid to preventing pollutants from polluting water sources and the environment. 4 Supervision and Implementation
Relevant departments such as agricultural plant protection and health in various places are responsible for supervising the implementation of this standard. Units and individuals using pesticides should accept their supervision and inspection, and provide convenience for their work. Additional remarks:
